Location near convention center. Tram stop directly to the beach around the corner. Nice little park just a block away. Flat looks ideal for handicapped people.

I absolutely loved this apartment. It was spacious, spotless and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. When I first booked it, I thought it was too good to be true.. I even called booking.com to verify that it was a real listing. Pleased to announce that it's very real, and the pictures match the beauty of the place! Location was very convenient for me as I was attending a conference nearby. 3 min walk to the venue. Supermarket 3 mins away. We cooked too. We had a small problem with the bathroom lock but Susana arranged for it to be fixed immediately. She was responsive and attentive to all our needs, even giving me a baby bathtub for my 8 month old. We would seriously recommend this place, and stay again if ever in Valencia.

The location is on the ground floor, and the windows cannot be opened. But there is still light that comes through. Didn't bother us much though. Bed was a bit small for 2 adults and a baby but we made it work.

The location was great, although we did have trouble finding it initially - the uber driver had to drive round quite a bit finding it. The host was great and apt was everything we needed but would say there was a smell in the apartment of drains which wasn't very pleasant.
