Place itself was very comfortable. The added stress of above made it less enjoyable.

Clean, comfortable, good size

Very far away from main area of Valencia, however easy 15 minute walk to Conference centre. Didn’t feel it was in a good area, and as a solo traveller I did not feel safe when walking alone at night. Had to pay a 300 euro deposit on booking in, which was not in the initial booking information. It took at least 24-48 hours to get this money back and I had already returned home by then and did not need euros. You had to meet someone at a given time to check in and as my train was delayed I was late. Despite telling them I was going to be late they were upset. I am not sure why a key deposit box is not used like most modern places. If I arrived after 9pm I would have been charged a fee to check in!! Also, the address is incorrect and every time I used an uber or taxi I was never dropped at the correct address.

El ruido que hacía el reloj que está en el cuadro de palanca.en el contador de las luces.ese ruido como si tienes un reloj a tu lado se escucha mucho y molesta mucho sobre todo en el silencio de la noche cuando quieres dormir y no puedes es insoportable agobiante

Het is totaal niet hoe het eruit ziet op de foto’s. Het appartement is super klein, er lopen kakkerlakken en er is helemaal niets aanwezig. Buurt is ook niet best. Dit niet boeken.

Transport en commun à proximité petit commerces pharmacie café piscine juste à côté

En arrivant Mauvaise odeur de canalisation dans toute l’appartement vraiment pas agréable On a essayé de communiquer avec la personne qui nous a reçue sans aucune réponse àprésence des cafards dans la salle de bains cuisine ,à notre arrivée on a laissé une cotions de 300€ nous devrions la récupérer un autre départ. Par contre on voit personne on doit laisser la clé sur la table de salle à manger Et Partir y a une équipe de ménage qui vient évaluer l’appartement, faire l’état des lieux et voir si la caution il va être rendu. Quelques jours après !

La ubicación es muy buena, en un almacén reformado. Aparcamiento fácil si no es muy tarde. Estaba limpio y moderno

Es un local/almacén preparado para alquilar que está bien salvo por las cucarachas. Lo teníamos todo cerrado y aparecían por el baño. Una noche le saltó una en la cama de la niña. Mandaron factura de la fumigacion que no sé si es real pero no me soluciona el problema

Хорошие апартаменты, дизайнер и стиль красивый . Удобные постели . Все новое

Нет на кухне полотенец для рук , нет микроволновки , соль пришлось самим покупать для приготовления , для посудомойки одна всего капсула . Для двух человек на неделю дали один рулон туалетной бумаги. Столешница стола стеклянная просто лежит на металлическом каркасе стола , двигалась и чуть не упала на пол 🤦‍♀️
