Lovely bed and great choice if you come by car

The appartment feels quite comfortable due to it's open space character, high ceiling and big window. It was very clean and includes everything we needed. The bed was one of the best we ever had so far during our (world) travels. The facility also offered a good and nice option to park our car underneath, in the garage.

The glass shower panel was quite short so the bathroom floor got wet very easily. We were in the first appartment, near the main entrance so we did not see much from the general patio space but no big deal!

Nice, convenient location, parking included.

The location, the cordiality of the staff, the parking included on site. The design of the property. The functionality of the apartment. It has a nice patio as common area with tables and chairs and a small fountain. Very safe. Juan and Yanelle, the hosts, very nice and friendly.

Nothing, except that we were three adults, one sleeping in the sofa at the living/dinner/kitchen area and it has limited space for moving inside.

Absolutely lovely stay just outside Dr city centre. Quiet and cute.

The style, the decor, the great water pressure, the complete kitchen, and how well organised was everything.

Although it was pretty spotless, there was a bit of hairs by one of the chairs nearest the bathroom entrance. I personally won't rate the experience low for that, but I think it's important to note it, not everyone would be so kind.

Great apartment with a small remark

The apartment is clean, quiet, and easy to find. Great location near public transport and a big mall. The furniture and bathroom are new, which made the stay very comfortable.

Have no window from the outside was a bit of problem for me. The window blinds from the bedroom and opening the doors blinds made everything visible from the hall. This was not very comfortable so I always had them closed not telling the letting any natural light come in. Just slightly opening them sometime. Would have loved some semi transparent curtains at least to make the ambient warmer. Also aspiration in the bathroom and also inside the whole apartment could be better since leaving the window open was a bit of a privacy problem.

Very good modern room. Spacious. Very nice bathroom with shower. Powerful AC.

Very pleasant stay! Good for a short weekend and even a longer stay.

I only stayed one night and got lucky with the price hence very pleased :) The apartment was fairly easy to reach from the airport and it is close to a big shopping centre where I could buy groceries. Inside the apartment has everything you need for a comfy stay - good towels, complimentary toiletries, great shower pressure, good kitchen equipment, including a Nespresso coffee machine, large & comfy bed and most importantly TWO! air cons in different rooms. A complimentary large water bottle on arrival was definitely a bonus for me! PS There is a great cafe 5-7 mins walk from the apartment - Kohi. Highly recommend it for breakfast/coffee/chill (no air con though).

My room had weird windows that came from the floor to the middle of the wall, it was strange but didn't bother me because I barely opened the curtains. One thing that did bother me was cleanliness - the floors were quite dirty, especially in the bathroom, so I never took my shoes off. I think the kettle needs changing/cleaning. It had some signs of rust inside. I didn't dare to use it.

Cozy place near everything you need.

We liked the position of the hotel, the renovated and comfortable rooms and the beautiful inner yard. Around the corner of Corte Ingles. Very close to Bioparc, the most beautiful and must visit place in Valencia!

Agréable court séjour

Bien situé, nombreux moyens de transports à proximité. Parking sous terrain propre. A côté des supermarchés, restaurants et cafétérias. Logement propre, tout confort et calme en février. Très bien pour un court séjour.

Il faut savoir que pour sortir du parking il faut bien mettre les roues sur les rainures au sol sinon ça patine et impossible de monter la pente.

La amplitud del apartamento. Tenía comodidades y servicio muy bueno para una estancia muy agradable. Buena ubicación con transporte y comercios cercanos. Bien situado para visitar Valencia y alrededores.

Dificultad para encontrar las llaves. No estaba muy bien explicado La ubicación está un poco escondida Falta de contacto si tienes algún problema o pregunta.

Apartamento nuevo y con todo lo necesario para una gran estancia

El apartamento está recién reformado y tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. La cama es grande y cómoda. Tienes todo cerca y el bus para ir al centro. Volvería sin duda si volviera a Valencia.

En estos días ha hecho frío y se colaba aire por debajo de la puerta que tenia un hueco considerable. Sería conveniente poner algo para que no se cuele el aire.

El diseño, lo práctico y funcional que es todo, la limpieza impecable, camas muy cómodas, varios tipos de almohadas y el gel de baño de occitane que olia de maravilla. Plazas de paquing muy amplias.

Por decir un algo.. Que la rampa del parquing, de subida, era un poco resbaladiza.

Appartement sombre et bruyant proche du centre

Emplacement proche du centre

L’appartement comprend une cuisine avec un petit salon et une chambre en mezzanine au-dessus de la cuisine + une chambre indépendante. Appartement très sombre avec une seule vraie fenêtre dans la chambre indépendante. Appartement, très bruyant à l’angle de deux routes : 2 × 4 voies et 2 × 3 voies. À éviter, si vous n’aimez pas le bruit ! Dans la chambre indépendante, côté rue, il y a beaucoup de bruit. Un peu moins dans la chambre en mezzanine. Cela ne vaut pas le prix que nous avons payé : 170 € la nuit. Ça en vaut environ la moitié, soit 85 € la nuit. Ne pas payer plus cher.

Esta super completo para pasar unos dias. Es muy espacioso y esta muy limpio. El tamaño de las camas es impresionante. Que tenga parquing hace que aun sea mejor. Es fiel a las imagenes que se muestra .

Fantastico soggiorno, ci ritornerei!

Struttura comoda per qualsiasi destinazione. Molto accogliente, insonorizzata e con un ampio parcheggio sotterraneo, per cui alcuna preoccupazione per posteggiare l’auto. Dotata di tutti i confort necessari, nuova, pulita e curata nei dettagli.

Odore forte di fogna che usciva dal bagno che purtroppo non era dotato di alcun sistema di ventilazione.

Reservamos el apartamento 1 y 4 y los dos olían algo mal, como a tubería, especialmente el 1. Era bastante desagradable. Además, tuvimos la mala suerte de tener una avería y nos quedamos sin agua caliente dos días.

Pour vos vacances, endroit idéal : Endroit neuf, calme, avec de gros appartements individuels. Place de parking attitré (Attention si vous avez une voiture basse, ça va frotter !), gros plus dans cette grosse ville. Emplacement idéal, a 50m d'un supermarché, a 3min a pied du métro, a 1m a pied du bus. Côté appartement, tout y est. Tout est neuf. Grand lit.

Ce qui pourrait être amélioré : Produits de base manquants (sel, huile), volets roulants a l'extérieur (Rideaux occultants présents, mieux que rien)

Se ve un sitio muy nuevo, amueblado y decorado al detalle y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días cómodamente. Tener parking también es una gran ventaja.

Aunque la limpieza de la estancia en general y la ropa de casa era buena, la ducha no estaba del todo limpia. Por otro lado, aunque tiene horno, la potencia contratada es muy baja y para cocinar en él no podía haber otra cosa encendida.

Molto pulita, con sale ampie, zona cottura distante dalla zona notte così da non sentire odori. Zona cottura ben rifornita. Impianto di raffreddamento molto efficiente.
