Location is great, the staff were fantastic and the apartment was well kitted out.

Just a little tired in places. Towels were old, the tea towel had a hole in it. The aircon was cold whatever temperature

The apartment was quite large and comfortable. There was a washer and dryer in the basement which was convenient. Vicente was very helpful

Difficult to find. A little too far from Old Town, need to ride a taxi.

A really nice, modern apartment with a spacious bathroom and a comfortable living area. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated throughout. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is ideal for exploring the city and is very easy to reach from the airport. There is also a grocery store nearby that offers everything you might need during your stay. Breakfast was decent, although it was fairly standard and nothing particularly special.

The beds were unfortunately quite uncomfortable, and the bedding arrangement was not ideal. Instead of traditional duvet covers, there were multiple layers of bed linen that tended to come apart during the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Soundproofing was also a significant issue. Noise from neighboring apartments was clearly audible, including conversations, bathroom use, and general day-to-day activities, which greatly affected privacy and comfort. For short-stay guests, it would be a nice touch to provide a small selection of coffee and tea so that visitors can enjoy a hot drink upon arrival without having to visit a shop first. The breakfast was available but felt overpriced considering the variety and quality of the options offered.
