Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We mislaid a stuffed toy and they went above and beyond to find it. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. You could get coffee pod machine from reception and purchase any essentials in the onsite shop or a nearby supermarket. The perfect place to come back to after a busy day exploring.

The walls are thin, there was some noise from the guests above us on 2 nights into the early hours. Ear plugs are an essential.

Great location, parking underground was really convenient, they have 3 underground parking floors.

We arrived and had a twin room booked as I was travelling with my son, so we needed two single beds. When we arrived the very friendly and helpful lady on reception told us they had no twin rooms available. However she looked into what they did have available and kindly put us in a two bedroom apartment for the two nights at a small extra cost, so all was ok. Thank you.

Great stay in Valencia

The apartment was very spacious and had everything one needs for a comfortable stay. People working at the front desk are absolutely amazing - everybody was so nice and efficient; useful and helpful. It was very easy to communicate with them. The place has a big garage which is great if you arrive by car.

Very clean and comfortable, lots of space Nice breakfast and car park on site Friendly staff. Bus services nearby. Didn't want to leave.

A little out of town, though only 20 mins walk to the old town and 10 mins to the nearest metro. Not many restaurants nearby.

Nice apartment with easy access to transit. About a 25 min walk to the historic old town area, and a 20 min bus ride to the oceanography/science museums. Very friendly staff, and on-site reasonably priced parking. Nice kitchen/living area in the apartment, and the bathroom was spacious for this type of flat.

There was a lack of available plug outlets in the bedroom, but we got around that.

Very helpful and welcoming reception staff. Very clean and spacious apartment no background noise . Very comfortable bed, The district of Campanar is mainly modern development but also offers something in the way of old Valencia . Supermarkets are within a short walking distance and metro stops Turia and Campanar

The shutter on the window in the living room area was absent . It was not possible to shut out strong sunlight during the day, Minor marks on living room furniture, The lift is rather small and can feel cramped with 3 people in it, The apartments are on main roads. ok but exposure to traffic if you are walking to and from the building , Rather poorly served by cafes or restaurants in the immediate vicinity near the building,

Arrived early, checked in and they stored my luggage. Very friendly lady on front desk who spoke good English. Also advised I could come back earlier than official check in and would be able to access the room.

For the staff alone, this place is a gem.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having a 24 hour reception was great as our flight was delayed & we ended up checking in around 1 am. The location was ideal for walking to the city & for shopping locally.
