Excellent accommodation — clean, modern and beautifully finished inside. We stayed as a family of four for five nights and were really impressed with how spotless it was. The amenities went beyond what we expected: oil, salt, coffee and a good selection of teas were all provided, which was a lovely touch. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the two smart TVs and clever use of the space made it feel comfortable throughout. The apartment sits in a quiet residential area, and while it's slightly outside the main tourist and modern districts, it's very well connected — tram and bus stops are close by, so getting into the city and tourist areas was quick and easy. The old town is even within walking distance. Extremely happy and satisfied with the stay.

The apartment is in a residential area, a little outside the city centre and the main tourist and modern spots. The old town is walkable, though it's easier to hop on public transport to get there. Nothing that took away from the stay — just worth knowing if you'd prefer to be right in the middle of the action.

Muy limpio y moderno

La ducha es un poco pequeña incómodo para bañarse con gusto y por más que indica que hay aire acondicionado en la habitación del fondo solo hay ventilador de techo, llega poco el aire y pasan horas para refrescar la habitación

L'appartamento è nuovo, ben curato e dotato di aria condizionata nella zona living. Forse troppi elementi di arredo a portata di bambino. La vicinanza alle fermate di bus e tram la rende appetibile anche per famiglie con bambini piccoli nonostante la relativa distanza dal centro e dai principali luoghi di interesse, quali parco Oceanografico, parco di Gulliver e Città delle a Arti e delle scienze.

L'appartamento è situato in una zona residenziale di Valencia un po' periferica ma tranquilla. Nelle stanze da letto non c'è l'aria condizionata. In quella principale c'è però un ventilatore da soffitto. Quando l'abbiamo azionato la polvere è scesa sul letto. Probabilmente non era mai stato utilizzato prima. Attenzione agli scarafaggi in estate. Chiudete sempre bene la porta.

Зупинялися сім'єю на 3 дні. Такого прийому як тут ніколи не було. Дуже ввічливі хозяєва та охайна квартира. В нашому розпорядженні був увесь необхідний посуд, кавомашина з капсулами, чай, несквік та багато іншого. В якості комплімента також поставили воду та маленькі шоколадки на кожного. Всі меблі у новому стані, бездоганне прибирання. Поруч з квартирою є зупинка автобуса та трамваю. Якщо трошки пройти, є зупинка метро. Дякуємо!
