Great starting point to discover the amazing Valencia! :)

The location is good; though we didn't use a car this time, but as a general car-user I always had an eye on possible parking slots and there would have been at least few places around. First I was afraid of having a directly from street "walk-in" apartment, but everything was great, not too noisy. There were reconstruction works in the house, but they started after 8:00, so it was just business as usual. The historical center is located about 1 km from the apartment, different bus stops (e.g. to the Ocenografic) and metro stop are close to that, but there is no need to take a bus to the historical center. The communication with the host was very easy and smooth, she was very helpful and communicative. Though we didn't need assistance during our stay, but I am sure that she would have been available any time if needed. Close to the apartment there are many authentic bars, cafés, restaurants - where one really feels as part of the locals. :) I surely would book this apartment again if I needed a place to stay in Valencia again. :)

Nothing exceptional to mention, but in order to keep our environment greener, an old-school coffee maker would have been better than to have than the non-environment-friendly capsule-style.

Excellent stay for a solo or couple trveller.

The room is small in size, especially for a family. But it's almost ideal for solo or couple travellers. The room provides all the amenities, including a washing machine. The room is well-maintained and clean.

The room is on the ground floor, just adjacent to the footpath. Privacy can be an issue. But the windows are well covered. The room size is bit small.

Basic but good

Location was good, apartment has all basic amenities and equipment.

The toilet sit cover was not staying up, very unpleasant feeling to have it leaning on one’s back when sitting on the toilet 🫣 and no toilet paper holder. Simple things to improve.

Nice apartment in the center of Valencia

The apartment is clean and stylish. The furniture is either new or in very good condition. The air conditioner cools the space quickly. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. Drinking water, coffee, tea, and laundry capsules were provided upon arrival. Great location — right in the city center, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Public transport and the metro are also nearby.

There was little space for things - it is not always possible to find a place in the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom is a bit cramped.

Thoughtful apartments

The renovation is thought out for ease of use! There is everything for life from dishes to equipment. Washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, good WiFi. Excellent polite owner who will answer all your questions! The check-in process was super fast and easy.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Host was also very kind and helpful.

Apartment is on level 0, and while I was in the room I was able to hear everything from the street nearby. Someone on the street and in the flat above was behaving very loud which was unpleasant.

Igor was very nice. The place was clean and in safe and peacfull neighborhood. It is 15 minutes walk to old town center. Good location. Good public transport connections. In apartment you have everything you need.

It was close to the bus station from which you could go anywhere. Kitchen was good, there was also washing machine.

It had wierd smell and it was cold inside and aircondition did not work well. We had to clean it to make it work better, it was full of dust.

Well appointed apartment in a quiet section of town close to Turia Park and the old town. it has everything you need to cook a meal, including essentials like oil, vinegar, and salt. In addition, the host explained the apartment well, was easily available and immediately dealt with issues we were having connecting to the internet.

Very good price to quality ratio

Not far from the centre, while everything is in place for a family stay for a couple of days. Good matress. Coffee machine with capsules. Everything needed for cooking. The property has the separate entrance on the ground floor, so it is easy to come with a baby's trolley.

Minor things. The building itself is a bit outdated. The downside of separate entrance is that you hear people coming along the building. No wasing machine, so consider this in the course of long stay. Water sometimes appears on the bathroom flloor if using bath cabin.

The apartment was clean and tidy, had all the necessary amenities and the location is in 15 to 20 minutes walk to the points of interest. It was a great value for the money.

There was an external air-conditioning unit which was making an annoying noise. Anyway, it didn't bother us too much.

Cute apartment in quiet area that has everything you need

It is a really nice, little apartment that has everything you need, from an ironing board to an alarm clock. The location, while not right in the center of the city is very convenient. It is a quiet, 'normal' area, that you can reach by bus. The apartment was really clean, too.

While almost everything was as expected and the host responded to all inquiries almost immediately, I found the communication a bit 'short' which sometimes confused me. Even a "Ok, thank you", "Ok, great", "Ok sounds good" goes a long way, as opposed to a "Ok.". However, again, everything ended up working out perfectly, the host was there to provide the keys, and the apartment was really cute, and had everything I needed. I let the host know (AFTER I left, so I'm not blaming them for not fixing it while I was there, they did not know), that two things in the bathroom needed fixing, that was really all.

Lovely room away from the rambunctious centre, amazing price for what it is!

Igor went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay - even coming over from his house at night when we locked ourselves in! We decided to stay an extra night, the room is great, clean, came with some coffee pods and a coffee machine... great for Valencia travellers.

Didn't like that it was on the ground floor facing the street without any separation from the front door or windows and the outside. As in, not ground floor door and then after a corridor you get into the door to the flat -- it's just the wall separating anyone on the street and you in the room. I'm a bit of a scaredy cat so didn't like that, but it was safe anyway and I'm sure if I would have read carefully I would have seen this detail.
