Un agradecimiento a Juan el Hote por su disponibilidad y amabilidad. El apartestudio es comodo, la terraza es preciosa y tal cual como en las fotos por sus vistas y su amplitud, hasta mejor en la realidad 😊
Lo que más me encantó fue la increíble ubicación : 25 minutos del centro en bus y 30 de la Malvarrossa con tram, a 5 minutos andando del apartamento.
El barrio es muy local, con esta vibra valenciana ❤️ que amo, tan cerca de todo sin el bullicio turístico. Alojamiento de confianza y vistas. Paz y Desconexión totales.

The apartment was absolutely perfect, all the amenities you need. It was located away from the city centre but is 30 second walk to a tram stop that takes 5 minutes to get into the centre of the town or 20 minutes from the beach. Plenty of local shops and supermarkets within a 2 minute walk. There wasn’t an oven however the is a hob and microwave. The terrace was perfect and the hot tub was excellent, perfect to cool down in after a day at the beach. We had initially thought it was too far from the centre of town when we booked it but it was so easy and cheap to get around on the tram network as they run every 5-10 minutes. Perfect place for couples and great value . Communication with the host was superb. Quick response and super helpful. Thank you.

Compact en goed ingerichte ruimte, met als pluspunt een prachtig terras met jacuzzi. Comfortabel gelegen in een niet-toeristische omgeving met veel winkels en horeca, goed OV, en makkelijk te bewandelen richting centrum
