Encantador Loft a un Paso del Río Turia

Unterkunft war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, es war mit allen ausgestattet und hat an nichts gefehlt, sehr sauber, Betten sind bequem, genug Platz, durch die vielen Lampen war es immer hell und gut beleuchtet wenn man die Rollos zugemacht hat, mit der Klimaanlage war es perfekt, trotz teilweise 40 Grad Temperaturen draußen, war es drinnen sehr angenehm. Drum herum gibt es kleine einheimische Kaffees, Bäckereien sowie eine Pizzeria, direkt gegenüber ist eine Apotheke, und ein kleiner Laden wo man Lebensmittel und Haushaltsartikel kaufen kann. Um die Ecke gibt es einen großen Supermarkt. Die Lage ist 15 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt und von dort kommt man weiter in die Innenstadt. 15 Minuten Autofahrt zum Strand.

Parkplatzmangel, mit einem Mietauto mussten wir sehr lange im Kreis fahren um einen Parkplatz zu bekommen, es gibt in der Nähe eine Parkgarage mit hohen Gebühren

La comodidad, las cercanías al centro. Es tal cual como muestra la fotografía. Las camas muy cómodas. Fuimos una familia de 6 y por tanto pudimos distribuirnos muy bien en el departamento. La ducha, el ambiente tranquilo. El aire acondicionado. En la esquina teníamos el autobús para ir a la playa. Pleno centro de todo.

We just returned from the apartment, and it was absolutely worth every euro. The location is perfect — only a 2-minute walk from the park and about 10 minutes from the city center. The apartment itself is beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. Our host, Aura, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. She provided us with all the information we needed, including wonderful recommendations for activities and restaurants in Valencia. If it were possible to give more than 10 stars, we certainly would. Aura, thank you for everything — we truly enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories together.

The apartment was very well equipped and clean. It’s in a perfect location to explore the old town, park etc with access to the metro.

The only small issue for us was the noise at night. We live in a very quiet location so noise from the road, apartment block/car park was the only problem. However, you would expect this from a central location.
