Apartamento con instalaciones nuevas , bonito, comodo y limpio. Cercano de varios supermercados.

Al ser un bajo, la ventilacion solo se puede hacer si tienes abierta la puerta que da a la calle o sea si te ven todos los que pasan. Lavabo atascado.

Posizione buona, so raggiunge il centro della città in una decina di minuti a piedi. Ottima l'apertura tramite app e con codice. Il climatizzatore scalda bene (visitato in inverno). Sono appartamenti fronte strada, solitamente ex negozi trasformati in appartamenti. C'è comunque totale privacy e assenza di rumore esterni, strada molto tranquilla

Molto apprezzato il set con spugna e detersivo per lavare i piatti. Purtroppo nell'abitazione erano assenti i beni solitamente a disposizione: sale e zucchero per dirne alcuni. È comunque completo di attrezzature da cucina.

Moderno.

No hay ni una ventana. Está a pie de calle y con mala insonorización por lo que oyes a la gente que pasa por la calle. El jabón del baño para lavarse las manos estaba tan diluido en agua que no salía ni espuma.

Tutto nuovo. Arredado con gusto. Molto bello e raffinato. Completo di tutti i comfort. Letto comodissimo. A 20 minuti a piedi dal centro. Comodo ai vari mezzi per spostarsi in città. Vicinissimo a tutti i negozi di prima necessità.

Privo di finestre ed ingresso direttamente sul marciapiede. Probabilmente un ex negozio.

Para lo que vale deja mucho que desear

La ducha tenía buena presión y se duchaba bien, pero el agua caliente dura muy poco, por lo que solo puede ducharse una persona y tiene que esperar horas la siguiente si se quiere duchar con agua caliente

El colchón y las almohadas eran muy incómodas, tuve que dormir con el plumífero de almohada. El alojamiento no dispone de ventanas, por lo que se no se puede ventilar y se hace mucha humedad. Además que el baño no dispone de extractor tampoco. El sofá es incomodísimo, se clavan los muelles, no hay quien esté ahí sentado

Abbiamo passato 1 settimana in questa casa talmente accogliente che per un momento è sembrata nostra.

Il condizionatore ogni tanto emanava puzza di pipi di gatto e dopo aver messo il condizionatore in modalità pulizia si toglieva.

Super equipado! Muy buen gusto en todo. Muy cómodo! A nuevo! . La zona es super segura. Supermercado en la cuadra de enfrente. Tranvía a 400 mts. Farmacia enfrente. Tiene lavadora!!

Tal vez sería conveniente un lugar de guardado para la ropa y el equipaje, pero de todos modos nos arreglamos super bien!

Appartamento come nelle foto, quartiere tranquillo. Abbastanza vicino al centro, ci si arriva facilmente anche con mezzi pubblici. Aria condizionata fondamentale, utili anche tostapane, microonde e macchina del caffè.

Cucina non fornita di olio/sale, non un grande problema ma abbiamo dovuto comprarli per poter cucinare in appartamento, dovendoli poi lasciare lì alla fine del soggiorno. Poco spazio per appendere abiti.

Decepción

La cercanía a supermercados como Mercadona o Consum.

El apartamento está en un local bajo del edificio, es decir estás a pie de calle. Nada más entrar encontramos una cucaracha enorme, también había hormigas. Al estar adaptada la ducha para personas minusválidas el agua se sale por todo el suelo del baño y no tener un cubo de fregona para poder escurrirlo no tiene sentido. Tampoco había palo para el cepillo de barrer La red wifi que dicen que busques no aparece, por lo que no pudimos usarlo. La nevera es pequeña y tiene un 'cajon congelador' que no congela solo mantiene el frío.

Schön, aber nicht für uns geeignet.

Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet. Es war sauber und ausreichend groß. Der Checkin ist mit Türcode. Eine etwas klarere Beschriftung wäre zum finden der Zimmer vorteilhaft. Wir durften sogar früher einchecken. Die Kommunikation war schnell und problemlos. Die Lage ist super. Es ist nahe an 2 Bushaltestellen und viele gute günstige Restaurant in der Nähe. Es ist sehr zum Park / Stadtmitte. Der Preis ist fair.

Für uns persönlich gab es 2x große Probleme! Der Eingang ist direkt an der Straßenseite und es gibt keine Fenster. Sprich nach dem Duschen kann man quasi nicht lüften außer man lässt die 24/7 Klimaanlage laufen. Die Betten und Kissen sind für uns viel zu hart (Seitenschläfer). Die Decke ist für das heiße Wetter recht dick. Die Klimaanlage ist daher 24/7 gelaufen damit wir einschlafen können. Kurz: Wir haben in der ganzen Woche nie mehr als 4h durch geschlafen. Das ist leider das wichtigste an einem Aufenthalt, wir waren oft müde.

Misschien een raam voor wat daglicht was lekker geweest, maaaar aan de andere kant, alles was en bleef nu lekker cool met het warme weer.

Nedaudz depresīva jeb klaustradobiska sajūta, jo nav logu, t.i., dabīgā gaisma nāk no ar plēvi aizlīmētas vitrīnas un stikla durvīm, bet nav iespējams vēdināšana un gaisa apmaiņa atverot logu, un nav ‘skata pa logu’

Ça manquait de propreté et au niveau de la salle de bain, il faudrait sois mettre une porte à la douche sois un tapis antidérapant ! L’eau gicle et mouille tous le sol !

Het is een heerlijke studio, met alles op en eraan! Alleen was het niet heel schoon. Lag stof op de vloer, vloer leek niet gedweild te zijn. Ook zou k 15u mogen ingechecken, toen k eraan kwam was de schoonmaakster nog niet klaar en moet ik nog een halfuur wachten. Als je een vlucht had om 6u wil je dan wel graag even je appartement in… dat was erg jammer en vervelend

Todo muy limpio y cómodo.

No tenía la clave del Wi Fi a la vista, no lo necesité, pero igual no vi donde estaba eso. Sobre la cafetera. Si ponen una cafetera Dolce Gusto, porqué dejan capuslas de Nesspreso?, no había adaptador, o si lo había, no sé donde estaba. Esta muy bien que quieran tener la cortesía de la cafetera, pero no la pude utilizar.
