The flat is very nicely curated and modern. We mainly used it to sleep as we were out most of the day, both sofa bed and mattresses were confortable. The flat is walking distance from the historical centre.
The area is quite noisy, also during the night, thankfully there were earplugs! We also didn't know about the issue with cockroaches (cucarachas) in Valencia, especially on ground floors, before going there, and were surprised to find them in the house. They're particularly active at night, and we'd usually find a couple of them in the mornings and evenings. The owners were very responsive and did everything they could to prevent the cockroaches from coming inside.

Très bien situé, avec un parking souterrain pas cher juste à côté, le logement était très bien et Ana était très disponible pour nous avant et pendant le séjour.

La situación, acceso fácil con todo tipo de servicios al lado
Ruidos, al estar al nivel de la calle se escucha todo. Debes estar acostumbrado, de lo contrario es complicado
