Das Apartment ist sehr nett eingerichtet! Es liegt nah an Bus und Bahn Stationen und bietet einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

La ubicación, y la facilidad de aparcar

Good location, easy walk to the old town. Neat house with all necessary items present.

Noise is a bit of an issue. Its ground level and walls are thin so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

An excellent experience from start to finish! My son stayed at this apartment together with his friends, and everything went perfectly right from arrival - they settled in quickly and easily thanks to the host, Ana. What I especially want to highlight is Ana's availability and professionalism even before the young people arrived. As a parent, I worked closely with her to make sure everything was ready and that my son would be staying somewhere safe and welcoming. She responded promptly to all my questions, was flexible, attentive to detail, and extremely kind - a level of communication that gave me real peace of mind from a distance. Thanks to Ana and her accommodation, my son had an unforgettable stay in Valencia, and I, as a mother, had far fewer worries. She's the kind of host who makes all the difference - not just providing a place to stay, but genuinely caring about making the guests' experience an excellent one.
