Geovanna was incredibly kind and accommodating all throughout my stay, even going so far as to go to a printing store late at night to help me print a paper I needed for the next day! The facilities were amazing and so well-stocked, too. I definitely wasn't expecting there to be any dry shampoo in the bathroom or olive oil in the kitchen but all these thoughtful details made my stay so smooth and pleasant. Honestly I'm a bit sad to have to return home now.

Everything, clean, tidy and organised. Clear instructions for use of shared amenities. I felt welcomed and comfortable!
I think there was a malfunction with the window blind? I couldn’t get it close after opening fully?

The overall experience at Slow Room was comfortable and pleasing. Geovanna is extremely helpful and she quickly responds to your needs. I loved the cleanliness and comfort depending on the room you are staying in. I was very lucky because my stay there was during a low season, the facility wasn’t fully booked, so maximum comfort and privacy.
Something I noticed and worth mentioning is that the complaints I heard from people staying there at the same time as me were mostly from people who booked quickly without reading enough about the property. They came in with their own expectations and didn’t really know enough about the space they booked, and I found that interesting. Everything described about the property is 100% true. The complaints are about not doing enough research before booking, not really about the property. The outside noise can be a little too much, so make sure you wear something during sleep. Another last thing, the outside of the property isn’t really appealing, so just you know, the inside is perfectly as described.
