La ubicación, a apenas 5-10 minutos del centro y la amabilidad del dueño del apartamento cuando llegamos. También la facilidad para hacer el Check-in.

In studio was wifi soms zwak maar bij de deur was het sterker. Host is hiervan op de hoogte. Buiten was wifi ook prima. In het appartement geen probleem.

Location! You really can't beat the location of this very recently renovated street level studio. While in an authentic, non-touristy neighborhood, the flat was steps from the metro (Àngel Guimerà... with super easy transportation to/from the airport), the Central Market of Valencia, and the historic old town. 100% easily walkable to all Old Town attractions. The flat is nicely renovated, clean, and comfortable for 2-3 people. The bed was super comfy... maybe medium/firm. Pictures are accurate. We felt the studio was an excellent value. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Alquilamos un estudio muy bonito y limpio, y todo estaba perfecto por dentro. Sin embargo, llevábamos la idea de que nuestro hijo pudiera disfrutar de la piscina, pero al llegar nos llevamos la sorpresa de que el agua tenía muchísimo cloro: una pastilla entera para una piscina de apenas 2,5-3 metros. Estuvimos de jueves a domingo y no pudimos bañarnos ningún día, lo que fue una pena porque nuestro hijo lloraba por querer bañarse. Quiero aclarar que la culpa no la tiene el anfitrión, sino quien colocó la pastilla de cloro, pero es un aviso para futuras ocasiones: sería importante controlar la cantidad de cloro antes de que los huéspedes lleguen, especialmente si se anuncia la piscina como parte del alojamiento.
