Lovely welcoming and spacious property in a fabulous location

The apartment is lovely , very light and spacious, the living area was welcoming and comfortable, the kitchen had everything that was needed and the bed/bedroom was welcoming and comfortable too. In terms of locación it is perfect , just a short walk to supermarkets and the old town one way and the other way to Túria park , we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say is for anyone with mobility concerns or heavy luggage you may struggle with the 3/4 flights (short but quite steep and narrow) of stone stairs to the apartment as it’s on the 3rd floor (it does say this in the details of the apartment) This didn’t concern us at all , we loved staying here.

Seriously lacking any safety features

The inside of the apartment looks exactly as pictured. You have home from home facilities (kitchen, bathroom and laundry). The location is OK, walking distance to the city centre.

A complete lack of safety features. No locking front door, no fire escape, no fire or carbon monoxide alarms. Just a very narrow and uneven stair case. The building is a lot older and in much worse condition than the apartment. We actually felt quite trapped in the apartment and didn't sleep because of it. Sadly this has impacted the score and we can't recommend staying here.

Amazing flat. Any I need, I could find there. Coffee machine, kettle, iron, washing machine, etc. Enjoyed the whole stay. Also very comfortable beds and sofas.

so minor - would be useful to have a picture to show which door it is to get in. we arrived in the rain in the dark and it was a little confusing to see where the entrance was and where the light switch was too.

Maybe an elevator...??? But not important at all. Open shower...??? I guess it's a personal thought. I do not like to spread water on thr floor. Just a simple tip.

Schönes und gemütliches Apartment, wir waren gerne da

Das Apartment ist bequem, zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Räume haben eine gute Größe, und sind auch sehr gut für eine Reisegruppe geeignet. Keine schlechten Gerüche, alles war sehr sauber, das gilt ebenfalls für die Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Betten und Sofa sind bequem. Die Lage ist zentral, mit nahen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bushaltestelle, und in einer kleinen Nebenstrasse der quirligen Stadt noch recht ruhig gelegen. Yana hat uns immer rechtzeitig und freundlich mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt und auf Fragen schnell geantwortet. Beim nächsten Besuch von Valencia, den wir bereits ins Auge gefasst haben, würden wir jederzeit dieses Apartment wieder nehmen.

Das Apartment ist im dritten Stock über eine schmale Treppe zu erreichen. Entsprechende Fitness sollte vorhanden sein.

Bell'appartamento, ma senza Aria condizionata nelle camere. Ad agosto è come stare in un forno.

L'appartamento è molto grande, fornito ti asciugatrice e lavatrice. La cucina ha tutto il necessario e sotto è presente un grande supermercato.

L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano, senza ascensore e con scale strettissime. Portare i bagagli è stato faticoso e sfinente. Nell'annuncio è indicata che è presente l'aria condizionata, ma su un appartamento con tre camere e una zona giorno molto ampia, l'aria è presente SOLO in salotto. Il caldo riscontrato dentro era paragonabile a quello di un forno, abbiamo acceso l'unico climatizzatore, ma non bastava a rinfrescare nemmeno la zona giorno. La notte, stremati dal caldo, abbiamo spostato il letto in salotto, e con un ventilatore abbiamo cercato di sopperire. Ma sinceramente, andrebbe indicato che le tre camere sono completamente senza aria.

Cuidado para los que venís en coche

En el anuncio pone que tienen Parking pero no es así, se trata de aparcamiento de toda la vida en la calzada pública. Nosotros no movimos el coche en toda nuestra estancia porque ya nos costó encontrar aparcamiento cuando llegamos... Y también pone que tienen TV, y la tienen, pero sólo se puede ver Netflix y YouTube, nada de canales. Me parece importante recalcar estas 2 cosas ya que son servicios que ponen como disponibles, pero son verdades a medias. Por lo demás todo en orden, buena ubicación y el apartamento tal cual las fotos. Ellos también muy simpáticos y respondían a todo con rapidez.

Alloggio consigliatissimo. Appartamento come da foto, nuovo e pulito. Posizione ottima a 10 minuti dal centro e non distante dalla fermata della metro e del bus. Proprio sotto l’appartamento si trova un supermercato rifornitissimo. Gentilissimo L’ host che ci ha consentito sia il check in anticipato sia il check out posticipato!!
