Cozy loft Jubeco

Mieszkanie jest w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji- blisko do metra, blisko do plaży. W okolicy dużo sklepów, targ, bary i kawiarnie. Bardzo dziękujemy za możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania! W mieszkaniu jest również wszytsko co potrzebne. W nocy jak bary się zamkną jest cicho i spokojnie.

Jedynym źródłem światła w mieszkaniu są drzwi wejściowe, prawie całe przeszklone. Jednak z powodu tego, by nie było widać z ulicy co się dzieje w środku trzeba je zasłaniać i w mieszkaniu jest ciemno. Bliskość barów jest plusem i minusem- są otwarte do północy. Jest głośno. Z ulicy wchodzi się prosto do mieszkania na parterze- nie ma przedsionka/ klatki więc wszystko słychać co się dzieje na ulicy. Polecam kończyć dzień ok 1 w nocy i spać do 9 jak mieszkańcy tej okolicy w weekendy.

The location was at a nice placa in the neighbourhood Cabanyal. A bit further from the city (20/25 min bike), but for us (a mom and daughter) a perfect escape. (Right next to the bus/metro!) The property itself had everything you need, both in the bathroom as kitchen (although we didn’t cook), and linen + towels. The placa in from of the house is also very nice. So even though there is no real outdoors space, it is easy to move to the placa and sit there!

For us, the bed was a bit too soft and it had a starting ‘hole’ in the middle. But, we had a nice sleep.

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, Check-in & Check-out waren unkompliziert. Das Appartement liegt perfekt, Strand, Metro, Straßenbahn, nette Cafés und Restaurants sowie ein Radverleih sind fußläufig erreichbar, in die Innenstadt ist es mit dem Rad oder öffentlich nicht weit. Das Appartement ist schön eingerichtet und die Ausstattung ist umfangreich, sogar mit Spül- und Waschmaschine.

Bei stärkerem Wind war nachts ein ständiges Klappern zu hören, dessen Ursache nicht erkennbar war. Auch sonst ein eher hellhöriges Appartement. Wer da empfindlich ist, sollte Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen.
