Nuevo loft en playa y cerca del centro, AC y Wifi

We were very happy to be staying at this apartment. Surrounded by local shops, restaurants and cafés.There was a 15 minute walk to the metro, that took us to the city centre and via tram to the oceanographica. There was a shortish, 15 minute walk to a fantastic beach. The apartment was really well equipped and very clean and tidy. The apartment wasn't too big but the right size for a couple. The communication from the hosts was excellent throughout our stay.

Die Wohnung in Valencia war ideal für unseren Aufenthalt. Sie liegt ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Die Küche ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man problemlos selbst kochen kann. Da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt, hat man einen direkten Zugang zur Straße. Besonders praktisch: direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Obst- und Gemüseladen, gleich nebenan ein Bäcker. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war perfekt – freundlich, zuverlässig und schnell erreichbar. Kleine Mängel gibt es immer, zum Beispiel klemmt die Eingangstür etwas und sollte repariert werden, aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht gestört. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
