Chic y renovado loft en la playa

Die Lage ist gut, der Strand fußläufig in 15 min erreichbar. Die Matratzen waren auch bequem. Man kann sich sehr gut selbst verpflegen, da die Küche gut ausgestattet ist.

Leider war die Terrasse für uns nicht nutzbar, weil es unangenehm nach Abwasser und Kloake roch und die Abluftanlage der Klima zusätzlich einheizte. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, sodass die Terrasse quasi eingekesselt ist. Zum Wäsche trocknen war es aber ok. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat ebenfalls teilweise unangenehm gerochen. Wir vermuten, dass diese gewartet werden sollte. Ansonsten hatte das Apartment trotzdem ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, da die Ausstattung ansonsten super war.

Accessing the apartment was very easy, this was particularly handy as we arrived 6hrs late in the early hours of the morning. The location, it`s 300m from both the beach and the nearest tram stop, which will take you to the metro and the historic centre in less than 10 minutes. It is an astonishingly quiet neighborhood day and night and felt very safe at all hours. I would have no difficulty recommending this apartment if you are thinking about visiting Valencia.
