Cozy, bright and modern house of 1925 newly restored on one floor overlooking the street. Unbeatable located in the most beautiful and commercial street of the district of Cabañal, Historical Heritage of the city of Valencia.
Reina Terraced House is only 300 meters from the Malvarrosa beach and is superbly connected to the center of Valencia, the City of Arts and Sciences and the airport: lines 19 and 92 of the buses stop at only 20 meters and the tram stop "Dr Lluch" is only 50 meters away.
The house is divided into the lounge area with a comfortable sofa bed of wood and viscoelastic sheets size 150X200 and a 55 "TV with free connection to Netflix, kitchen-dining room equipped with everything you need to cook and eat and toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher.
The bedroom is spacious and bright with a large built-in wardrobe, 150X200 bed. It is a very pleasant stay that gives way to a terrace with garden furniture where you can relax in the open air of the visits to the city and the moments of the beach.
The bathroom, with a large window that connects to the terrace, consists of a large shower and toilet with automated system. The sink is integrated into the bedroom.
The house has all the necessary equipment to spend a few pleasant days: air conditioning, WiFi, washing machine, iron and hair dryer.

Lovely apartment! Very clean, well stocked with essentials, great location. Pilar was an excellent communicator. Highly recommend especially if you like staying where there's plenty of local character & creative shops & restaurants. Very conveniently located near the beach

Wonderful location! A short walk to wonderfully maintained beaches in a lovely neighborhood. Pilar's communication is stellar, and her recommendations for restaurants and places to visit were all excellent. Public transportation is extremely good in Valencia, and there are stops for the subway, trams, and bus within very easy walks of 2-10 minutes that take you anywhere in the area you want to go. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We decided Valencia would be the city to celebrate our Anniversary while in Spain. Unfortunately there were a few issues that made our stay less than a 5 star. First the host requested payment twice before the second installment was due by VRBO. The first time it happened I contacted her asking if the timeline was not appropriate and if she wanted me to pay earlier than when it was required. She confirmed the date due was good and not to worry. We arrived in Barcelona with another request for payment. We decided to pay up immediately nervous we would not have a place to stay if we didn't. I notified Pilar that payment was made in full . She did not respond. The day leading up to our arrival in Valencia I made an attempt to reach her through the VRBO app asking for instructions on checking in. Again nothing This continued until finally I reached out to the VRBO company asking for their help in reaching her. We had removed our Sim cards from our cellphones and were using e-sim which did not have data. We were limited in our ability to contact people. They assured me they would send your a message.
We were 3 hours from Valencia by high speed train and we still had no contact from our host. Finally I decided to try reaching her by "WhatsApp" (I managed to track her after searching) and she messaged back. She told us she was very busy and forgot about us 😲
The place was perfect but check-in was very stressful. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else
