Everything was perfekt, nice host and good location. The supermarket is directly in front of the door and in the same street is a very nice tapas bar. Would visit again.

The appartement was what we hoped for and at a very reasonable price. It has plenty of kitchen utensils and utilities to make your stay a comfy one. The location of the appartement was perfect for us - extremely close to the beach and with supermarkets across the street and a few streets apart. Julieta was very helpful regarding checkin and checkout and gave us some nice explanations regarding the appartement and the surroundings. She responded in due time, even though the communication got slower towards the end of our stay. The appartement is spacious and comfortable to stay in day and night. The only downside for us was that the indoor pool was not available because prior guests wanted it to be drained, we would have liked to be informed about that prior. Still, we loved our stay and if we return to valencia this will be the first appartement we check for availability.

Great place to stay, the host has gone above and beyond to meet our needs. Late check-in, extra guest.. Located just a few steps away from the beach, supermarket just across the road. Lovely restaurants around. Safe neighbourhood, bus stops nearby.Apartment equipped with all the essentials and more! Everything you need for the cooking, washing and relaxing. Nice private terrace with a BBQ and sun chairs.Air conditioning is a life saver and works perfectly in every room! Highly recommend!Thank you again for making our stay in Valencia unforgettable!
