The property was in a good location close to the beach and lots of restaurants and about a half hour walk from the centre. It was spotless on arrival and comfortably fitted out.
The sofa bed was okay for a few nights but not particularly comfortable and the shower leaked onto the floor.

Our stay was highlighted by the hospitality of hosts and Paula particularly. First, they allowed us to check-in early after we had a sleepless night travelling. Second, Paula was available during a minor emergency the last night and allowed us to check out late which we needed so much.
Location was fit-for-purpose to participate in Valencia half marathon. It's also close to the beach and walking distance to the endless park which goes all the way across the city.
Not that something bothered us at all.
The accomodation is small if that matters for you. It also has an interesting layout: you enter the room directly from the street :)
There are few such an accomodations so seems like it's normal, just first time we faced it!
