Convenience meets cozy

There is a little convenience shop downstairs, and it's very -well- convenient to have it so close. I mean, you can get wine, underwear, and a Christmas tree if you want. The apartment is spacious, TV works fine, and we felt comfortable. Sleeping there felt super cozy. It's close to the beach too, but if you want to get to the historical center, you'll walk an hour. The taxi will cost you around 14 euros. Sleeping was cozy.

If you're a light sleeper, get some earplugs because the walls seem to be thin. I worried about our neighbor's health - he was coughing a lot in his sleep. On the other hand, it's perfect for eavesdropping!

APARTAMENTO EN PLENA ZONA DE NARCOPISOS Y CONSTANTE TRANSITO DE DROGADICTOS CON MUCHAS DEFICIENCIAS

Relativa cercanía a la playa, aire acondicionado funciona correctamente y conexión a WIFI (lo único de lo que puedo hablar bien). Eso sí en la habitación principal no hay Aire Acondicionado, algo que llama la atención (hay que dejar la puerta de salón abierta y que el aire circule desde el salón. La playa está bien, sin tirar cohetes. No hay algas ni medusas que molesten.

Portal situado con vistas a zona en la que se drogan numerosos drogodependientes (heroinómanos) que no paran de ir y venir y sacar cosas de los cubos de basura. Seguramente hay narcopisos en la zona, pues también transitan por la calle numeras personas de raza gitana con los que tuve un problema al aparcar el coche (no les gusta esperar cuando uno tiene que hacer la maniobra para aparcar). Eso sí hay constantes patrullas de policía vigilando la zona, y cacheando e incluso esposando y llevándose a algunos de los drogodependientes. Cucarachas en la cocina y el baño. La ducha se colapsa enseguida pues la mampara no cierra por completo y no absorbe bien el agua el cae. Si pones el aire acondicionado no cocines o a la inversa, pues el automático del cuadro eléctrico se baja al no aguantar el consumo. Solo entregan una de las dos llaves que tiene la puerta principal, de un pequeño cerrojo, la principal no me la entregaron. La sensación de inseguridad es total por lo que no se recomienda en absoluto pero, sobre todo para ir en familia con niños pequeños. Eso sí, disponen del sistema de seguridad de Securitas Direct "Verisure" con instalación de cámaras de vigilancia con el que te pueden ver y escuchar (¿esto es legal? en zonas de paso sí, pero en dormitorios no, y hay uno en el salón donde hay un sofá cama, y se come, cena... El TV no funciona correctamente pues no hay señal de antena. Lo único que solicité fue un ventilador para la habitación principal al no tener aire acondicionado y no me lo facilitaron.
