Perfect location in the heart of the city center. The apartment was spacious and comfy, clean and easy to locate. It has a nice balcony and everything you need to make you feel at home. Washing machine, all kitchen appliances, bathroom with natural light, a separate bedroom upstairs with toilet. We travel and work remotely, and the apartment has everything you need to work and be at ease at home.
It can be noisy as it's facing a restaurant, but we got lucky and had no issues.

Amazing location, it’s in walking distance to every major sights and the street the building is on is so quaint. The apartment itself was the perfect size for us as a couple with 2 small dogs and it had all the amenities you might need. Yes there is a lot of stairs but it clearly states this numerous times in the ad. Older buildings rarely have a lift but we felt it just added to the charm of the building.
We found it a little difficult to figure out how to work the amenities (e.g. heating/how to get hot water for a shower) but David was always so quick to respond to any questions we had.

L'immeuble est en travaux, il fallait slalomer entre l'échafaudage dans l'escalier, la bâche devant la porte et le tout sans toucher les murs fraîchement peints ou la poussière qui volait partout
