Clean, comfortable, convenient for city centre via Metro (3 stops), well-equipped, prompt, helpful and courteous comms response. Granted early access on arrival.
Elevator to 4th floor, nice balcony. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops in vicinity.
Hefty charge for late check out.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung, alles da bis hin zur Gefriertruhe, die Infomappe in der Wohnung war sehr hilfreich, die Lage zum Zentrum mit der Metro sehr gut, sehr ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße, angenehmes Viertel,
Im Bad wären ein oder zwei Haken an der Wand sehr hilfreich, ebenso in den Schlafzimmern eine Ablage für Kleidung, z.B. ein Stuhl, im großen Wohn/Esszimmer Küche ließe sich sicher noch eine Gardarobe oder ein paar Haken als Gardarobe unterbringen.

I stayed in apartment eight on floor four. Lots of hot water in the shower. AC/heating unit worked well, though there was a bit of a smell coming from it. I found the apartment peaceful as there weren’t many neighbors in the building for the majority of my stay. The living-room windows were well-soundproofed from street noise too. After the issues with the bedding were finally fixed, I slept really well here.
As with apartment seven, where I have also stayed, both toilet seats had clear stains on them that wouldn’t come off. Whether the stains were from cleaning products or other substances, they looked really unprofessional and unhygienic. Toilet seats should both be and look spotless! The fridge would frequently get very loud as if it needed to be replaced. It would be good if pillow protectors were included for increased hygiene and more careful attention was paid to cleaning the walls and surfaces surrounding the toilets.
