Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per un periodo piuttosto lungo e posso dire che l’esperienza è stata eccellente. Mi sono sentita subito a mio agio grazie a un ambiente moderno, curato e pensato per offrire il massimo comfort, anche per permanenze prolungate.
La posizione è strategica: a pochi passi dalle fermate degli autobus, a soli 3 minuti dalla metro Patraix e a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro di Valencia. Questo rende gli spostamenti semplici e molto comodi.
Ho apprezzato particolarmente la sicurezza del palazzo, che dispone di accesso tramite chiave digitale con codice personale e check-in automatico, un sistema pratico e moderno. Nonostante ciò, l’host è sempre stato facilmente reperibile, molto disponibile, gentile e rapidissimo nel rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza.
Il palazzo è moderno e impeccabilmente pulito. Anche l’appartamento è nuovo, moderno, ben strutturato e dotato di tutto il necessario, ma anche dei minimi dettagli, per vivere in totale comodità, risultando perfetto anche per soggiorni di lungo termine.
Le stanze sono molto comode e silenziose e i letti sono davvero confortevoli. Inoltre, tutto l’appartamento è estremamente luminoso, grazie a un’ottima luce naturale che rende gli ambienti ancora più piacevoli.
Nel complesso, è stata un’esperienza estremamente positiva e consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un alloggio sicuro, confortevole e ben collegato a Valencia. Tornerei senza esitazione.

Tuve una experiencia excelente con este piso de alquiler temporal. Desde el primer momento, todo fue muy fácil: la comunicación con el propietario fue rápida, clara y muy amable. El proceso de entrada fue sencillo y sin complicaciones.
El piso estaba impecable, muy limpio y cuidado al detalle. Además, estaba completamente equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, desde utensilios de cocina hasta ropa de cama de buena calidad. La decoración es moderna y acogedora, lo que hace que te sientas como en casa desde el primer día.
La ubicación también es un gran punto a favor, ya que está bien conectada y cerca de servicios como supermercados, transporte público y zonas de ocio. A pesar de ello, el ambiente es tranquilo, ideal para descansar.
Sin duda, recomendaría este piso a cualquier persona que busque una estancia temporal cómoda y sin preocupaciones. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

I stayed in apartment eight on floor four. Lots of hot water in the shower. AC/heating unit worked well, though there was a bit of a smell coming from it. I found the apartment peaceful as there weren’t many neighbors in the building for the majority of my stay. The living-room windows were well-soundproofed from street noise too. After the issues with the bedding were finally fixed, I slept really well here.
As with apartment seven, where I have also stayed, both toilet seats had clear stains on them that wouldn’t come off. Whether the stains were from cleaning products or other substances, they looked really unprofessional and unhygienic. Toilet seats should both be and look spotless! The fridge would frequently get very loud as if it needed to be replaced. It would be good if pillow protectors were included for increased hygiene and more careful attention was paid to cleaning the walls and surfaces surrounding the toilets.
