Ideal for a race weekend or city break

For a family or for a couple, this was amazing! The organisation to access was easy, great location, with great facilities. Nearby market, nearby tourist attractions and if you’re doing Valencia Half Marathon or the full marathon it was ideal for this! Close to a metro station and a ~12 minute walk from another.

Pésimo siento que es una estafa ofrecen una estancia con fotos muy sugerentes a simple vista y una hora antes de entrar al piso cancelan , una modalidad de estafa claramente . No recomiendo

Viel Ärger!

Es hätten tolle Tage in Valencia werden können, wenn das Warmwasser funktioniert hätte und wir keine nervige Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer hätten führen müssen! Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Sie liegt im 5. Stock. Die Einrichtung ist modern und stilvoll.

Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber geputzt. Unter den Betten lag Staub und Abfall. Sehr lärmempfindlicher Nachbar (obwohl wir sehr leise waren). Bei der Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir niemandem im Haus sagen sollen, dass wir Touristen sind. Wir sollten uns als Freunde von T. ausgeben. Das Ganze kam uns sehr suspekt vor! Am ersten Abend stellten wir fest, dass das Warmwasser nicht funktionierte. Auf sofortige Nachfrage hiess es, der Mangel sei bekannt. Der Warmwasserboiler funktioniere nicht richtig und der Monteur könne ihn momentan nicht reparieren. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde dieser Mangel mit keinem Wort erwähnt! Am ersten Abend mussten wir also mit kaltem Wasser duschen. Weil der Warmwasserboiler nicht geflickt werden konnte, wollten wir auschecken und in eine andere Unterkunft wechseln. Der Eigentümer verharmloste alles und meinte, man könne auch mit lauwarmen Wasser duschen. Das Wasser war jedoch kalt! Wir telefonierten einige Male mit dem Eigentümer und wollten eine entsprechende Rückerstattung. Er war mit unserer Forderung nicht einverstanden und bot uns einen lächerlichen Kleinstbetrag an. Erst nach langem Hin und Her und Androhung von rechtlichen Schritten, willigte er ein. Es vergingen vier Wochen bis wir endlich unser Geld zurückerstattet hatten. Unterdessen haben wir viermal mit dem Kundenservice von booking telefoniert und x-mal mit dem Eigentümer hin und her geschrieben. Der Eigentümer wurde erst aktiv, als sich booking eingeschaltet hatte.
