Alina (one of the staff members the was able to use common sense and spoke 3 languages

that the staff did not have common sense to use Google translate-only speaking Spanish and attempted to milk us of some extra money. hot tub features: not usable: no water pressure, tub was flooding the house, mold, bugs, cobwebs, dust, smell of damp, next room having kids (advertised as no kids accommodation).

Absolutely nothing. Please avoid this place, I’ve arrived late at night and only in the morning discovered how filthy this place was… cockroaches in the floor, loads of human hair which means the floor was not cleaned for some time, chewing gum glued to the head board, and to top things up when my partner told me to pass him the towel I did and dead cockroach unfolded from it . Absolute disaster, please stay away as this property is a health hazard ☢️

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT COCKROACHES TOO LOUD POT WAY TOO SMALL We originally booked a different room with hot tub. But the minute we got in that room the guy told us that it only had cold water. He then told us to contact the owner of these rooms. We did and told her that „the Hot tub/ jacuzzi“ is the only reason we booked that place and it was never stated anywhere that it would only work with cold water. She then showed us the ad in Spanish and it said „private pool“ since the jacuzzi was outside. Nobody thinks of a jacuzzi being cold. She said it got lost in the translation from Spanish into englisch and it’s not her job to check if The description still matches. Private Pool does not translate into hot tub/ jacuzzi. So in the end the ad says something differently about the room than it actually is. We told we would like to have different room or a price reduction. She told us no. Either cancel the stay (than we would loose all our money) or get a different room with 15€/night since it has hot water. She wasn’t willing to cooperate. In the end we got the other place for 10€/ night and we should really see it as „very symbolic“ gesture for this „much more expensive“ room. In the end it was a FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and we DID NOT FEEL treated nicely by this woman(the owner). We only one had a singular stovetop which was alright. But the pot was so tiny you could on make 1/3 of a noodle pack. It also smelled very chemical and not pleasant at all. The plates and pan were not cleaned prior to our arrival. How do they clean the room?? There were no trashcans in this room only in the bathroom. We also found COCKROACHES TWICE. The room was right next a street and a metro. The windows are so cheap that you hear every single thing from the outside. We couldn’t sleep longer than 7am during our vacation. All in all I was very disappointed by that place. The only nice interaction we had was the guy who was there for our check in working for the owner.

Netflix and youtube, but we already have it on our mobile phones, so it doesn’t matter.

This accommodation is very bad. The water in the shower wasn’t working and it was either too hot or too cold. The place was dirty when we came in and first thing that we have been told was to keep the place clean and tidy. On our last day, we had to wait for 15 minutes for host to come, risking to be late on our flight, even though we told the host about timing. Very unprofessional and we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! Last, but not the least important - it is very far from the downtown, regardless on public transport, which makes the apartment ovepriced. P.S. Communication with the host wasn’t easy, because they don’t speak english at all. Very dissapointing.

Minuses: - the smell - bugs and cockroaches everywhere - poor Wi-Fi - TV doesn't work well - taking a shower in that bathtub isn't comfortable and the water spills all over the place - the 'decoration' is dirty and it's a perfect home for bugs

The walls are literally paper thin!! You hear every single word, move, step the people in the room next to you make. They were also very loud until way after midnight. Sometimes the bathroom smelled bad and the floor was very very cold

This accomadation asks you a deposit of 220 euro even if you're staying one night. We booked it last minute and we didn't realize about the policy. They told us about the unfortunate experiences they had with guests and I get that but still it's not a pleasant experience leave a deposit for only one night. There wasn't hot water when we arrived, they fixed it afterwards, but that prevent us to enjoy the nice Bathtub We found a cocoarach in the toilet when we came back from dinner.

We were moved to an apparently more expensive apartment called 3 loriguilla because there was unexpected building works in the place we booked. The apartment smelt damp, dust and chunks of plaster on the floor. Cockroachs in the microwave and we could hear something running around in the ceiling, a rat maybe. The room was noisy, the area aswell. And lastly the jacuzzi gave me and my girlfriend some kind of infection in the downstairs department. I'm probably forgetting something but you get the idea, spend a bit more and don't make the mistake we did.

As advertised, basic, clean and well located

It was close proximity to my convention, it was also very close to the metro so I could get anywhere in Valencia, it has two supermarkets within a minute walk and also a couple of bars for the locals. I was let in two hours earlier than normal check in time which was amazing and by a really lovely lady. It was quiet, sometimes hearing the odd person arrive as I was flat 1 and everyone passed by. I felt safe as a lone female and perfectly comfortable stay for 3 nights.

The bed was lovely snd clean but it did not have a blanket or a duvet so I was really cold at night - it would have been good to have found a blanket in the wardrobe.

Staff is helpful, the room looks really beautiful and the location.

Only for longer stay I would't reccommend it as its very basic in terms of cooking/cleaning facilities, no outside seats/table and a jacuzzi that has only (very) cold water.

Me dejaron esperando más de 40 minutos en la calle y no me cogían las llamadas, el alojamiento estaba sucio, las sábanas y las almohadas estaban sucias y manchadas, las paredes tenían golpes, un terrible olor, cucarachas, ruido, pfff, el ‘jacuzzi’ tenía pipi, colillas de cigarro y agua estancada desde hace meses, ha sido el peor alojamiento en el que me quedado. A pesar de las malas reseñas que había leído antes de reservar, decidí darle una oportunidad por mi cuenta, porque soy bastante sencillo, pero ha sido una terrible experiencia, no me marche a otro alojamiento porque no conseguí otro sin reverva, no vengan a ese lugar.

me derivaron a otro alojamiento minutos antes del chek in a uno que parecia que llevaba semanas sin limpiarse, pusimos una queja. Nos dijeron que nos devolverían el dinero ya que entendieron que el sitio estaba HORRIBLE, ahora booking nos dice que no nos devolveran los 220 EUROS que nos costó toda esta horrible experiencia. Le doy 1 estrella porque no se puede menos. El check-in se hacía a las 16 y solo para entrar tuvimos que esperar entre 30 y 45 minutos. Llamamos sobre las 15 de la tarde y dijeron que se entraba a las 16. Dijimos que sin problema, que esperaríamos allí hasta las 16. Llegaron las 16 de la tarde y no aparecía nadie. Me llamaron a las 16 y pico diciendo si estábamos por allí, obviamente estábamos, pero dijeron que porque no habíamos avisado antes… Una vez dentro, lo primero que nos dicen es que los 100€ de fianza no se devuelven si encuentran las sabanas sucias (entre otras cosas como desperfectos, obviamente). Le hicimos fotos y videos al lugar automáticamente, ya que estaba en condiciones pésimas. Para empezar, las sábanas, fundas de almohadas y cortinas, estaban llenas de lamparones y manchas, las cuales tenían pinta de llevar mucho tiempo. Cosa que nos sorprendió, porque es motivo de no devolución de fianza y nos lo dieron con manchas pegadas desde el año 1, ADN precolombino tienen que tener esas manchas. Lo del microondas un descaro, churretes y mierda mimetizado con el aparato. Los utensilios de cocina más de lo mismo. Para colmo se avería el aire acondicionado de noche y lo comunicamos a las 6 de la mañana. Atención al cliente comenzaba a las 10 de la mañana, y por allí no se acercaba ni el tato. Comunicamos la incidencia y desperfectos pero obviamente ni respondieron, ni vinieron al lugar. Atención al cliente no existe para ellos por lo que se ve, porque no obtuvimos ningún tipo de respuesta ni solución. La salida era a las 12:30 y estuvimos esperando con todo recogido a que viniese alguien para comunicar todo en persona, pero sorpresa, no aparecía nadie por allí. Optamos por dejar las llaves e irnos ya que no íbamos a estar allí de brazos cruzados esperando después de un día entero sin recibir ningún tipo de respuesta.

La ubicacion

Es un sitio pesimo no recomiendo nada. Empezando que lo primero que te dicen mas bien es obligarte a pagar una fianza de 100€ la cual te dan 3 opciones coges la cual te la devuelven cuando el dia que sales y encima tienes que estar insistiendo para que te la devuelvan y no lo hacen cuando te lo dicen. La cual fianza que en el anuncio no pone que tienes que pagar nada de fianza,si no ya digo que no lo hubiese cogido el sitio. Sigo exponiendo que mas entrar te viene un malisimo olor a suciedad con una alfonbra grande con asquerosos manchurrones, entro a la habitacion el suelo mojado, el baño no se con que lo limpiaron pero olia mal, aparte que el jacuzi estaba roto porque se escapaba el agua, no tenia agarradera para poder salir de el que estaba encima a una altura que tenia que tener cuidado al salir. Los vasos estaban sucios, las sabanas estaban manchadas de algo negro y ya para que encender la tele si no va, enciende pero para que la apagues porque no se ve nada. Con trapos detras de la cama, con plantas de plastico rotas y con agua que no tenia sentido. La verdad es el peor sitio que he estado.

Es una estafa, no te avisan de que no está disponible la bañera de hidromasaje, y cuando llegas y lo ves te dicen que no te pueden devolver el dinero, que si quieres te cambian a otro, que está en otra parte, sin los servicios que te venden, y si no que no pueden hacer nada. Por no hablar de la ducha, que se sale todo el agua por todo el baño, y tienen un letrero en la puerta con el wifi y las normas, y telefono de contacto, y resulta que el teléfono de contacto es de una señora de canarias que no sabe nada de apartamentos, vamos que se le han inventado, al igual que el correo electrónico. Y porque no me deja poner mas fotos, pero...sucio, con telarañas, casi nos quedamos encerrados porque la cerradura está rota, hay humedades, el espejo del baño roto y no te contesta nadie a los números de wasap desde los que te hablan.

La limpieza un horror. Estaba todo muy sucio, habían cucarachas y telarañas. La cama era muy pequeña e incómoda. El jacuzzi (por el que pagamos) no funcionaba y estaba muy sucio y abandonado. Parecía q no habían limpiado , manchas en las paredes, encontramos incluso mocos, un gran charco en el baño nada más llegar, cucarachas, las juntas de la casa estaban levantadas , telarañas en las decoraciones de la casa, colillas en el suelo de la terraza , la pintura de la pared se caia a trozos,manchas de dedos en los interruptores , y la tele estaba bloqueada con un pin, cosa que no pudieron solucionarnos. El sofá de la entrada de los apartamentos estaba lleno de manchas gigantes y desprendía un fuerte olor. No estuvimos ni 1 hora en el apartamento, buscamos otro por la zona y nos fuimos, ya que no estaba en condiciones. Por no hablar de la excesiva fianza que te hacen abonar, si te descuidas vale más que el apartamento . En la llegada, tuvimos que esperar en la puerta media hora a que vinieran a darnos las llaves, estaba lloviendo y nos mojamos. Cuando le dijimos al chico que nos íbamos nos dijo que no nos podía devolver el dinero, que contactáramos con Booking y el se desentendió completamente. No me atreví ni a usar el baño, cuando llegue al otro apartamento lo primero que hice fue lavarme las manos. Una vergüenza .

abbiamo trovato blatte morte e vive ovunque, oltre ad avere la vasca da bagno con il tappo dello scarico rotto, dal quale non sarebbe nemmeno defluita l’acqua se non avessimo inserito un oggetto per fare leva e tenere il tappo aperto. dopo fatta la doccia la vasca perdeva acqua e di conseguenza allagava tutto il bagno oltre che ad allagare anche la stanza da letto, facendo fuoriuscire l’acqua perfino dalla parete. per non parlare dei luoghi comuni, che quando entri senti un odore di sporco allucinante. il personale è gentile, ma una volta fatto il check out, stenta a rispondere alle lamentele.

Suciedad en las camas con las sábanas usadas, cucarachas, la ducha no funcionaba y no nos pudimos duchar, anfitrión prometió arreglar la ducha y luego dejó de contestar, microondas funciona mal. Las cucarachas. Habían 2 muertas debajo de la cama y otra en la puerta del baño. La viva estaba al lado de la bañera. Cuando salimos de la habitación para fumar, nos encontramos 3 más en el pasillo (muertas) una en cada esquina de los pilares. La puerta de entrada 0 segura y la ventana de la habitación que prácticamente da a la calle no se cerraba del todo.

Terrible accommodation. Don't be fooled, no matter how nice the internet advertises it and how cheap it seems. I couldn't even stay in the apartment that night; they didn't even bother to buy an air freshener; everything smells awful. I took the keys to the apartment, left, and as soon as I came back, I found five dead cockroaches inside. Of course, I had to leave and stay somewhere else. Not enough, though, neither the owner nor the apartment manager offered me a solution nor did they deign to refund my payment, since I couldn't stay there because I had five dead cockroaches. I'm a resident of Valencia, and seeing people behave like this in my city makes me sad about the image we project to tourists. Alojamiento pésimo, que no os engañen por muy bonito que os lo pongan en Internet y os parezca salga barato. No me pude si quiera alojar esa noche en el apartamento, no se han molestado ni en comprar un ambientador, huele todo fatal. Cogí las llaves del apartamento me fuí y nada más volví tenía 5 cucarachas muertas dentro del apartamento, por supuesto me tuve que ir y hospedarme en otro sitio. No suficiente con esto ni la propiedad ni el que gestiona los apartamentos me dan una solución ni se dignan a hacerme la devolución de lo que pagué ya que no me pude hospedar por tener 5 cucarachas muertas. Soy vecino de Valencia y ver personas que se comportan así en mi ciudad me da pena la imagen que damos a los turistas.

No, instalaciones nuevas pero en pésimo estado , no hay agua caliente, te venden una cosa que no es, primero reservo con jacuzzi exterior, y después mar dicen que el agua es fría cuando eso no lo especifica en la descripción, me ofrecen una con jacuzzi en el interior y mi sorpresa es que no hay agua caliente, ni ducharme pude,
