Very lovely, highly recommend

The owner was lovely and we felt very welcome staying here. She explained everything well and gave us contact info in case we needed anything else. The appartment was very clean and fully equipped with all the essentials you could possibly need even for a longer stay, as well as some nice touches like spices, coffee, tea and cold water bottles waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived. The area is pleasant and mostly quiet (even the neighbours were friendly and always said hi). There are decently stocked grocery stores nearby and you can get pretty much everywhere with public transport (direct bus/metro lines to the beach, Oceanographic, city centre, airport, main bus station,...). We stayed for 5 days and we would all gladly stay even longer. If I ever return to Valencia, I will not hesitate to book this appartment again.

Decent stay overall, but with room for improvement

Good location — not super central, but really close to the metro so it’s easy to get around. The host was really friendly and welcoming. The apartment is nice and spacious, with everything you might need. There were even a few extras like coffee capsules for the machine and two bottles of water in the fridge. It’s a small thing, but a really nice touch — you don’t see that often, and it shows the host cares. Wi-Fi worked great too.

Would be nice to have an easier key pickup system — right now you have to set up a time to meet the host, which can be a bit of a hassle. The main bed was okay, not super comfy but manageable. The second bed was really hard and not great to sleep on. Also, there were a few mosquitoes in the room, and on the first night, a neighbor had their TV blasting until 2 a.m. Not the host’s fault, but worth mentioning — it wasn’t the easiest place to get a good night’s sleep. If sleep is important to you, it might be worth paying a bit more for somewhere quieter and with better beds. But overall, it’s a decent place.

Great apartment for a short stay. Very close to the Central Park and a metro station.

It has everything needed for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful.

There isn’t much natural light. In the summer I guess it would keep it cool but in October more natural light would be nice. You can hear general noise from neighbours so if you’re a light sleeper it could be a problem.

Perfecto en todos los sentidos

Tuvimos que alojarnos aquí por un imprevisto de última hora y no pudo ir mejor. Fueron muy rápidos y atentos desde el primer momento. La propietaria y su hijo son extremadamente amables y cercanos, y el alojamiento superó con creces nuestras expectativas. El apartamento está en muy buen estado, muy limpio, con calefacción individual en cada habitación, y situado en una zona muy bonita y tranquila. El metro está cerca y puedes llegar fácilmente al centro de la ciudad en 10 minutos. Sin duda, si vuelvo algún día, volveré a elegir este apartamento sin pensarlo.

Świetna lokalizacja mieszkania, w cichej okolicy 200m do metra, blisko sklepu, 100m do parku Turia, 100m do baro-kawiarni 24/7. W mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzeba do życia: 3 pokoje, wyposażona kuchnia, zabudowany balkon z pralką, czysta łazienka, dobrze działające wi-fi. Mieszkanie pomimo że nie jest za duże spokojnie pomieści 3-5 osób w zależności od konfiguracji. Bardzo atrakcyjna cena w porównaniu z noclegami w Walencji. Nie było żadnego problemu z wcześniejszym zameldowaniem.

Квартира розташована дуже близько до Біопарку та старого міста El Carmen. Зручне сполучення з центром міста - автобус і метро. Кухня обладнана всім необхідним: холодильник, плита, мікрохвильова піч, тостер, кавоварка, чайник, посуд. Передбачено все до дрібниць, є чай, кава, цукор, сіль, серветки, навіть вода в холодильнику. Це було дуже приємно, бо коли зупиняєшся на день-два, то не хочеться перейматися закупкою кілограмів зайвих продуктів. Кондиціонер працює, його достатньо для підтримання комфортної температури в усій квартирі. В кімнатах є вентилятори. Ліжка і подушки зручні, чисті. Постільна білизна та рушники теж чисті, хорошої якості. Є також пральна машина, праска, дошка для прасування та все необхідне. Господиня дуже привітна, завжди на зв'язку 🙌 Щиро дякуємо за гостинність 💐
