Well... we liked everything. The host was most welcoming, hardly ever have we met such an enthusiastic person who really wanted to make sure that we have everything we need. He met us at the metro station, guided to the flat and provided with the city map and explained how to get around. The flat was .... again everything you might need for six people staying. It was very clean and comfortable. Not only had Juan provided all kinds of toiletry in the bathroom and all the necessities in the kitchen but also treated us to fresh fruit, as a welcome gift. The first morning breakfast - water, juice, eggs, bread, marmelaide and butter - was provided, too. The flat, though a bit out of the centre, was conveniently situated to get around, the metro station was just around the corner, and it was a direct line to an airport. We would most certainly stay there again next time visiting Valencia!

We stayed for 10 nights. The communications with the host were excellent and went above and beyond what I would have expected. The apartment was very clean and quiet. The complimentary fruit bowl, cakes and drinks in the fridge were much appreciated.

Hosts awesome, apartment spacious, clean and comfortable!

Hosts were very welcoming and efficient. They met us at the apartment and explained the area attractions and gave us maps and information to make the most of our short time in Valencia. We were welcomed with an awesome fruit basket, wine, Cava, pastries as well as bread, milk, butter, juice and water. Apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Hosts thought of everything to make our stay more enjoyable. Location was away from the more touristy sections but metro and bus connections made getting around easy. Juan and Javier made us feel like family and if we get the chance to return to Valencia, we would definitely stay at this apartment again.

If there was a hair dryer, I couldn't find it, but no biggie.

Дуже привітний господар, завжди готовий допомогти. Ми приїхали з двома маленькими дітьми, нам допомогли занести речі, розказали все про місцевість, показали квартиру. Квартира була дуже чистою та охайною. Постіль та рушники в ідеальному стані. В квартирі є все необхідне для проживання, також там є їжа, щоб ви могли з дороги перекусити, а не бігати в пошуках супермаркету. До речі, магазини знаходяться дуже близько. Також поруч є парк, де можна гуляти з дітьми. Господар дуже розуміючий, я не встигла прибрати квартиру, коли ми виїжджали, він сказав щоб я не хвилювалась і що все нормально. Я рекомендую цю квартиру всім, ту справді дуже зручно зупинятися.

Appartement superbe à Valencia

L'accueil de Juan et de son frère qui attendent votre arrivée. Leur gentillesse et toutes les choses mises à votre disposition, des fruits, tout ce qu'il faut pour le petit déjeuner, des boissons. L'emplacement est idéal, à 5 mn du métro et 30 mn de marche du centre ville. L'appartement est refait à neuf, très propre, calme, vous vous sentez chez vous, c'est très confortable. Ce niveau de confort et d'accueil est véritablement rare.

Très bon appartement, spacieux, pour découvrir Valence

Accueil très chaleureux de la part de Juan qui fournit de nombreuses informations sur la ville et le quartier. Appartement spacieux et très propre. Refait à neuf récemment et très bien équipé. Situé à 2 pas du métro pour rejoindre la vieille ville en seulement 2 arrêts (ou 20 min à pieds) ou les autres attractions : plages, cité des arts et des sciences... Très pratique pour rayonner. Bioparc (Zoo) accessible à pieds. Dans un ensemble d'immeuble peu attirant mais pas de sensation d'insécurité ressentie dans le quartier et possibilité de se garer facilement et gratuitement au pied de l'immeuble. Rapport qualité / prix ++

Appartamento appena ristrutturato. Il proprietario è stato eccezionale, ci ha accolto molto cordialmente. La posizione è buona, vicino alla metro a due fermate dal centro. Il proprietario ha gentilmente stampato i miei biglietti dopo il check-in. Ha risposto sempre alle mie domande anche tramite whatsapp. Ci ha consigliato cosa vedere, dove mangiare e come prendere i mezzi pubblici. Veramente consigliato.

Sentirsi a casa

La gentilezza e la disponibilità di Juan sono senza pari, ci ha fatto subito sentire a casa ed inoltre ci ha fatto trovare un cesto di frutta ricchissimo, un buon vino e tutto quello che si può volere per la colazione. Ci ha dedicato un ora per spiegarci come muoverci, cosa vedere, dove andare a mangiare e tante altre informazioni che ci hanno aiutato moltissimo. La casa è pulitissima ed attrezzatissima, in ogni stanza c'è una televisione ed il condizionatore. Apprezzatissimo netflix ed amazon prime anche in italiano. La zona è tranquilla ed a 2 fermate di metro dalla città vecchia..
