Wonderful apartment

Wonderful stay! The location is perfect — just steps from the beautiful Turia Park with its lake, restaurant, and very close to Bioparc. The metro station right outside connects quickly to the city center and airport. Within 10 minutes walk, I was able to find many restaurants (we loved the Peruvian spot right outside), plus a bakery, grocery store, and a huge playground for kids. Free parking is right outside too. The ground-floor apartment is quiet, clean, spacious, and sunny, with a lovely spatious patio, AC and ceiling fans in every room. We appreciated being able to step right out to the street. The host was kind and very responsive. Highly recommended!

Could add some plants in the patio to make it look more lively.

Hacía mucho frío en el apartamento, escasa ropa de cama, toallas pequeñas y faltaban algunas cosas útiles en la cocina como por ejemplo papel de cocina o un trapo para secarse.

We zijn uit ons appartement gezet vanwege overboeking! Schandalig!

Ligging en voorziening van het appartement waren goed voor zover we dit kunnen beoordelen. Wij zijn uit ons appartement gezet vanwege een overboeking (zie de uitleg hieronder bij 'Wat viel je tegen?').

We hadden net alles uitgepakt toen de eigenaar/verhuurder aanbelde met de mededeling dat we konden vertrekken. Er was iets mis gegaan bij zijn agent. De eigenaar had het appartement aan anderen verhuurd via AirBNB. We werden nog nét niet meteen op straat gezet. Er werden excuses gemaakt, maar daar bleef het ook bij. Er werd niet meegedacht, ook niet door booking.com. Het is dat ik vrij rustig kan blijven en snel kan schakelen, waardoor we vrij vlot een ander appartement konden boeken. En dat in het marathon-weekend waarin ik nota bene zelf ook de marathon moest lopen. Van booking.com kregen we behalve ons geld terug een vergoeding van in totaal € 60,- (voor 2 personen). Schandalige gang van zaken!

Volvería a reservar el mismo apartamento

Nos gustó mucho que estuviera muy bien equipado, con escoba, recogedor, mocho…. Y a pesar de que no estuviera en el centro estaba muy bien comunicado.

Quizá es un poco aparatoso el cómo coger las llaves de la cajita que hay fuera en la puerta. En el email tampoco te explican muy bien como recogerlas, simplemente te dicen que debes poner un código en la cajita y nada más.

Comodidad.

El apartamento era grande, espacioso, ordenado y todo muy limpio. Había de todo: papel del baño, estropajos, trapos, cafetera nespreso, tetera, tostador, jabón, toallas, sábanas, todo muy bien colocado con cuidado. Las camas buenísimas, cómodas, el salón confortable y la cocina estupenda y espaciosa. El aire acondicionado de 10, también había ventiladores en cada habitación que no hacían ruido y era estupendos. La insonorización dela casa es perfecta. La comunicación con el propietario es de 10.Absolutamente de 10. Las respuestas rapidísimas y eficaces. Por ultimo, Hay un aparcamiento frente a la casa y sino, en las calles colindantes se puede aparcar sin pagar. En verano hay mucho sitio en invierno, lo desconozco. En resumen un apartamento cómodo y muy bueno.

No tengo nada malo que decir. Todo muy bien.

La casa es muy acogedora, muy limpia y con bastante espacio. Todo estaba bien organizado.

El único inconveniente fue que estaba Lejos de la playa y de la estación de tren.

Ubicación buena a pesar de no ser céntrico

Muy nuevo y cuidado. La estética muy chula y aire acondicionado y ventiladores en el techo con el calor nos han venido muy bien

Los cojines son bonitos pero sueltan pelo en sofá y camas y pica. La primera noche no vimos que el calentador de agua estaba desenchufado y solo salía agua fría para ducharse. Siempre debería estar enchufado

Departamento renoveado, amplio y con excelente ubicación.

La ubicación excelente, cerca del metro y con supermercado a distancia media. El departamento amplio y la terraza muy cómoda. Equipamiento bueno y nuevo, incluyendo aire acondicionado en sala de estar y ventiladores en todas la habitaciones.

El olor de alcantarillado en ese sector de la ciudad es a veces intenso y un baño se encontraba sin sello, lo que hacía que el departamento oliera mal, sin embargo el anfitrión acudió prontamente a sellarlo.
