Very good

We stayed over as 5 people. Quite comfortable flat. Owner was very responsive, replied every question we had within minutes. The place was cleaned thoroughly before our arrival.

Although the place is well located, the apartment itself is in a bit of a rough neighbourhood. Also, keep in mind that there is no elevator and the flat is on the 3rd floor.

Very clean and quite modern.

Third floor, no elevator; 56 steps. No toaster and would have preferred an Nespresso coffee maker. Not a very pretty neighborhood; a little depressing.

Location was good....very easy to get around

I cannot fault the apartment on surface cleanliness. Floors, beds etc all good. The rugs however are very old and worn and some questionable smells coming from the sofa. Again, not dirty!,,,,just tired from use and needing replacement. Also....and bad luck really but has to be mentioned here....a cockroach did meet his demise in one of the bedrooms. No idea how the f%&ker got in

Very good

Very nice and clean apartment. Suitable for maximum 4 people but more recommended for up to 3 adults or 2+2. The rooms are small but each has a bed and small wardrobe (one double and two single bedrooms, one living room with sofa and table for 4 people, TV). The bathroom is small but has all what is needed (shower, washing machine etc.) Also kitchen is small but offers necessary cooking amenities. Very good internet. Two small balconies. Good aircon. Within 5 minutes walk a grocery shop and few bar like restaurants.

The apartment is not located near city center or walking distance from any main attractions. I do not see this as disadvantage just maybe a bit less comfortable as metro station is 5 minutes walk from the appartment. The apartment is on the last floor and there is no lift thus maybe not suitable for people with more serious mobility issues.

Very pleasant place to stay in! Not expensive at all! Only the best recommendations to the owner! She speaks as spanish as russian. Very clean and cozy, the kitchen has all you need to prepare your meal. Is nearby the Railway station. And with the application Cabify you can find a car to go to the city centre with good price, or go on foot, is not far from the apartment. There is also supermarket Mercadonna nerby, and the chemistry.

Korter vastas suuresti meie ootustele. Vajasime 1.5 päevaks majutust mis oleks lennujaama lõheduses(15 min Ubeiga hommikul 4.30 maksis 15 eur) ja kyst saaks lihtsalt linna (metroo 2 eur oli lähedal). SAMAS väljus maja lähedalt ja buss mis viis 45 minutiga otse Valencia randa kus saime fantastilise rannapäeva oktoobri kohta(25 kraadi ja mõnus briistuul)

Piso bonito y limpio

Es un piso muy bonito, limpio y luminoso. Las camas son cómodas y cada habitación cuenta con ventilador. La cocina bien equipada, lavadora, jabón, shampoo, agua fría y caliente. Wifi y TV con smart.

El aire acondicionado no va muy bien. Para hacer check in después de las 21h de realizan un cobro adicional entre 25€ o 50€. El barrio no era muy seguro.
