Top find - would definitely book again.

Plenty of on street parking available, we didn't struggle to park each day on our return from a day out. My daughter and I were attending a bike event in Chelva so used the apartment as a base for a few days, the location was perfect for a convenient drive out on to the main road to the mountains. We also took the metro into Valencia for a day, the metro station is a short walk away. I booked the No4 "On Stage" loft on account of the pictures - it's a cool space and offered a lot of room for just the two of us with lots of kit. Also, it's a great place to chill out in the evenings. The host Gema was very quick to respond to my question about parking before arrival and provided clear instructions for check in and check out - overal a great experience.

Before booking I noticed a few reviews mentioned the noise from the waste pipes from the apartments above, I was aware of it occationally but by no means intrusive. You can hear the other residents through the ceilings and walls but again, not a deal breaker and did not disturb sleep.

Great looking loft with parking available

Apartment is spacious and well laid out. All basic amenities are available. Shops and public transport within a 5 min walk

It’s a loft downstairs and the plumbing from above all runs through the ceiling which can make it noisy. The kitchen would benefit from some basic supplies (sugar, salt, etc)

Beautiful decor, but constant basement noise made stay uncomfortable. Left early.

The apartments are very nicely decorated—I’d rate them a solid 9 for aesthetics. However, they’re located in the basement level (which I believe was originally intended for commercial spaces), and that comes with some serious drawbacks. In these basement units, essential building systems like the sewer pump, elevator machinery, and other utilities are housed in nearby or adjacent rooms. I had rented two apartments; I ended up moving out of the first one because there was constant noise—every time someone used a tap, flushed a toilet, or used the elevator, it could be heard inside the apartment. I raised a complaint, but understandably, nothing could be done about it. Looking back, I should have paid more attention to similar issues mentioned in other reviews. The second apartment I stayed in wasn’t as noisy, but there was still a persistent background noise. Because of this, I decided to leave one or two days earlier than planned. Unfortunately, I have to say that basement apartments with this kind of layout simply aren’t suitable for residential use.

Interesting and comfortable apartment - enjoyed our stay !

Unusual style apartment ! very clean and well maintained .. bed was really comfortable and loads of hot water !! So great experience apart from - very little by way of cleaning products- bring some laundry powder if you think you might do a wash - ideal location for the palacio de congreso but a long hot walk to city propre !

It’s a noisy enough building- the industrial steel walls didn’t muffle neighbours very well and the plumbing is also quite loud - but think that might be standard in Spain ?

Original place to stay in

Comfortable, cozy, clean, pleasure to stay in. All amenities you would want and some less expected (Netflix and YouTube Premium). Beautiful and originally refurbished place.

The air conditioning is very loud, especially if you sleep at the top. There is private parking, but needs to be reserved in advance, which was not clear. The location is not ideal, but we had a car, so it wasn’t most important.

Proximity to the congress centre. Excellent public transport. Lots of options for eating out in the evening. Several supermarkets in walking distance. Beautifully modern design.

Superb

The loft is very spacious and very well furnished. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom has all the necessary facilities. A lot of extras are included, like a good quality air dryer, iron and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare every sort of meal.

The sound isolation is quite bad. It is possible to hear several noises from the neighboring apartments and from the streets. This is problematic, especially during Fallas. Also, it is possible to hear the water drainage from other apartments in the building.

Such a great space and comfortable climate we’d stay again in another unit avoiding the weekend

Great large space, very comfortable with forced air heating.

This unit 2 was terrible for noise. In spite of all the great thing the noise from plumbing and pipes converged from other units was unbearable and we did not get any sleep! Friday night seemed the Street was the base for motorcycle drag racing/ fast and furious wannabes! Shower didn’t drain properly so we were mopping up.

Very noisy. Every flush of a toilet from neighbors next door or upstairs was very hearable. Even in a way that it could keep you awake at night. Same for the running water of a shower.

Stylish accommodation, plenty of space

We liked the stylish decor. The apartment is very spacious with two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. It's convenient to have a usb charging tower near the sofa. There is a huge TV also.

Minor inconvenience - the shower head leaked water at the handle. There is not much within walking distance, but ok for us with a car to get around.

Out of town, good local vibe

It's very 'cool' and functional, loads of space and easy to find, just 1 min away is 2 good bars and over the road a decent restaurant. If you like Valencia that is local this is it.

4pm.chrck in, the 'on boarding process' we felt was too much hassle, they gave you 2 coffee pods and no shower gel or shampoo for 3 days, it lasted 1 shower meaning you have to go out and buy, wasn't aware of the blind that comes down over the window so always felt exposed to walker by, no instructions that we could find, and just felt it was very inflexible

A very well located and equipped loft, ideal for attending a conference

The perfect location if you are participating in a conference at the Valencia Convention Center. Located at a very quiet street, no traffic noise. It is also well connected by public transport to the city center, the beaches, the train stations or the airport.

The facilities are very good, with the only drawback of occasionally hearing the noise of pipes. As an improvement, I would suggest an internal latch on the front door, out of reach of small children.

Superb

The location near the conference place and in a nice environment was great. The host was very helpful and the apartment was well-equipped. Our child liked to run the floor up and down.

The pipes were even louder than we expected (even though we knew they could loud be based on the previous comments). But mainly it annoyed only one of the family members. Others did not care that much :D.

Nice and clean apartment

The place is really nice, comfortable and clean. It is really spacious: big living room with very large TV, big kitchen, big bathrooms. It is modern and has everything that you need. The airco works really well.

It feels a bit awkward (or unsafe) that the door and the only window of the apartment open directly to the sidewalk of the street. You can tell these were garages or stores transformed in lofts...but the area is really safe as far as I could see.

Very nice loft - spacious, modern, stylish. Located in calm district of Valencia. Lot of parking space for car. Owner is great, reacts quickly and answers all the questions. Perfect. We would come back next time.
