Good, but ruined by no hot water and lack of compensation therefor.

The location and property itself were decent.

The hot water was turned off. We first notified the host, and they said it would take some time to heat up. Only on the eve of our departure did the host realise that the boiler might have been off. The host then instructed us to enter the locked cupboard and turn the boiler off. We did not have a warm shower and this really tarnished an otherwise good accommodation option. We requested a partial refund for some compensation and were only offered an apology. Unacceptable to not provide some monetary refund when the hot water was unavailable by their (or their staff’s) own fault.

El piso esta bien pero le faltan bastantes cosas la verdad

Es comodo y estaba impio

En el piso faltan muchas cosas de menaje por ejemplo cubiertos por no hablar de servilletas, azucar , un pelin de aceite, cafe ,sabanas para una cama nos falto....la dueña debería estar mas atenta la verdad

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich und hat sehr frisch und gut gerochen 😊 Die Einrichtung ist s ehr stilvoll. Die Lage ist für einen Städtetrip super geeignet. Im Viertel findet man viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gleich unten ist eine süße Bäckerei, wo man sehr gut frühstücken kann. In 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Bus in der Stadt. Ein toller Aufenthalt.

Das Doppelbett ist für 2 Personen etwas klein (steht aber meines Wissens in der Beschreibung)

La ubicación y la facilidad de trato con la persona del alojamiento. Además, el portero de la finca es muy amable y resuelve todas tus dudas e incluso te aconseja

È stato un furto

La struttura è in una posizione relativamente comoda, e lo spazio è discreto per 3 persone che non richiedono particolare intimità.

L'host non ha mai risposto alle nostre ripetute telefonate e mail. Seppur essendoci accordate per un check in verso le 01:00-02:00 a causa dell'arrivo in aereo in tarda serata, nessuno ci ha aperto il portone di ingresso. Siamo rimaste per strada per un paio di ore prima che qualcuno si affacciasse. Con estrema gentilezza questo ragazzo ha deciso di aprire la porta di notte a delle sconosciute, assolutamente non il suo compito ma sicuramente senza di lui non saremmo mai entrate. Dopo ció, l'host ha continuato a non rispondere e tutt'oggi non ho ancora ricevuto una singola risposta. Assolutamente da evitare!

Prima uitvalsbasis voor een stedentrip.

Het appartement is gunstig gelegen tussen de metrostations Nou dÓctubre en Av. del Sid waar de metrolijnen 3 en 5 vanaf het vliegveld langs komen. Deze lijnen gaan ook door naar de stations Xativa en Colon in het centrum. In de directe omgeving zijn vele winkeltjes, bakkertjes en kleine supermarktjes. Een grotere is iets verderop op de Av. de les Tres Creus. Het appartement ligt op 5 hoog (er zijn 3 liften). Voor aankomst kregen we de code van een sleutelkluis naast de voordeur. De woonkamer heeft een glazen schuifpuiwand met een Frans balkon. Prima plek om te verblijven voor de citytrip. Er is een magnetron, een oven, 2 inductiekookplaten, waterkoker en zelfs een wasmachine. De kamer is leuk ingericht met enkele leuke antieke voorwerpen. Het is een rustig gebouw.

In de badkamer is wel een bidet maar de wasbak om je tanden te poetsen e.d. is erg klein. Het bestek en de pannen mag wel wat uitgebreider. De zitbank is eigenlijk een bed voor een 3e persoon, dus vrij breed voor een bank waardoor je niet erg gemakkelijk zit zonder meerdere kussens in je rug. Er was bij het bed geen ruimte voor 2 uitgestalde koffers waardoor we er 1 in de huiskamer moesten zetten. (maar daar was ruimte genoeg)
