4 people 1 wine glass, no cups (phoned the host and complained but still no cups or coffee machine), no lock on the toilet door, shower curtain held on by cable ties, coffee machine didn't work, no kettle, only 3 towels between the 4 of us, dust everywhere, couldn't see out of the windows they were so dirty.

Property in good location near tram and buses not a lot else near. Host was great and thé appartement met our need.

No kettle and very little plates cutlery as there was little around we thought we would cook but found it hard with the equipment in the property

Very good

It was interesting to stay in a typical Spanish home rather than a typical tourist accommodation. The host was extremely helpful and helped us a lot. It offers a lot of space and is on a quiet street. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only positive points was the bus service was close and the supermarket, nothing relating to the apartment.

The whole stay in the apartment was poor and shocking, I stay regularly in Valenica and this apartment is truly terrible. The advert is very misleading on description and the photos. To have to spend 2 hours cleaning the apartment was a bad start, but every day in every room some broken or found more dirt and rubbish. To a point that tings were unsafe with electrical items and the poor hygiene.

Una auténtica estafa

Absolutamente nada. Resulta increíble que alguien pueda tener un inmueble así para reservas.

Prácticamente el 100% de las cosas. La casa estaba sucia y sin atender. Mobiliario antiguo y desgastado, y objetos de personas que anteriormente estuvieron en el piso por allí tiradas. La descripción no obedece a la verdad con lo del aire acondicionado en las estancias. Enchufes que al tocarlos para hacer uso de ellos, se caen al suelo. Una cuna allí en medio de una habitación cuando no se ha hecho petición de la misma. Y, por último para no extenderme, las camas sin sábanas. Cuando se llama al responsable del inmueble responde con evasivas y chulería. Su contestación todo el tiempo a nuestra petición de que acudiera con sábanas o diera alguna explicación fue: “tenéis cancelación si queréis. Tenéis cancelación si queréis”. Lamentable gestión de esta casa y muy decepcionante todo. Tuvimos que dormir usando nuestra propia ropa para arroparnos como sábanas y también como bajeras para no tener contacto con los colchones, en un estado igualmente pésimo.

El peor sitio donde me he quedado nunca no se lo deseo ni a mi peor enemigo. Para empezar estuvimos esperando 50 minutos al sol cuando nos dijo que tardaba 10-15 minutos en llegar. Subir 4 pisos con en calor de Valencia y sin ascensor con todo el equipaje fue horrible y otra para bajar claro. Nada más entrar un olor muy desagradable las sábanas y el baño olían fatal y a humedad. De primeras todas las pareces estaban super sucias y con polvo y manchas raras por la pared, parecía que solo habían limpiado la cocina y el suelo, las luces no alumbraban apenas había que poner la linterna a la noche, todas las ventanas y las persianas estaban rotas o no se podían abrir era una chapuza, en la habitación principal la cama estaba abombada para dentro y de dormir dos personas sería uno encima de otro, el aire acondicionado perdía agua por un tubo y sonaba cada rato que parecía que estaba roto y nos despertamos a la noche, las sábanas eran dos pequeñas que no daba ni para taparnos bien porque no había una grande, las almohadas eran cojines enanos y super altos no eran nada cómodos, el baño tenía la pared abombada para fuera y parece que se cae en cualquier momento de lo que se mueven los azulejos. La cisterna está rota así como vi en un comentario de hace 2 meses y está intentada arreglar con dos palillos cutres que no funciona y pierde agua y el lavabo igual,la ducha enana y la mampara es un plástico colgado con bridas, la cocina no tiene microondas y no se podía calentar ni un vaso de leche, solo tenía una sartén y una cazuela que era tan grande que se podían hacer 5 kg de arroz sin exagerar, 2 platos 2 tenedores 3 cuchillos una bandeja y unos bowls no tenía apenas nada ni siquiera unas cucharillas. Los enchufes estaban casi todos cubiertos con pintura, Es una vergüenza de lo cutre y asqueroso que está, si le hiciesen una inspección de sanidad no la pasa ni de broma incluso había hormigas y una jeringuilla de insulina que no era insulina y estaba reutilizada a saber que había

Pudimos entrar a la hora que quisimos, el chico estuvo atento a nuestra llegada aunque eran las 00:30 pasadas.

La zona parece “rarilla” y el piso como tal necesita un lavado de cara urgente, es muy antiguo, y no inspira confianza, y eso relacionado con su precio no ayuda mucho. Demasiado caro

Decepcionante está en una barriada q da miedo un cuarto sin ascensor todo super viejo y sucio colchones q dan pena. El anfitrión casi no sabe castellano y encima cuando volvimos por la noche q veníamos de un concierto se rompió la cerradura y no pudimos entrar llamamos al chico y al final tuvo q venir un cerrajero y hasta las 4 de la madrugada no pudimos entrar en fin si alguien lee esto antes de alquilarlo no lo cojáis es una auténtica mierda en todos lo sentidos
