Wasn’t a pleasant stay, won’t recommend it and would not visit it again

Apartment is spacious with good room sizes

The property wasn’t clean, lot of stains on sofa, chairs etc. Not enough kitchen utensils, TV wasn’t working, bad smell of cigarette smoke everywhere, kettle didn’t work. Host later addressed some issues but we had to report them and live with the smoke smell.

It was a nice stay

The location is great! Tram stop is 2 min walk and in 10 you can get to every place in the city center. Two grocery shops are near by.

Police visit us every time we stay in this apartment to check our passports and visas.

La situation géographique de l'appartement et la grandeur de l'appartement.

La communication avec le propriétaire, difficile d'obtenir des clés et seulement une clé nous a été remise. Des fenêtres qui ne fonctionnent pas bien et des stores défectueux. Le panier du bas du lave-vaisselle brisé, évier de cuisine et robinet défectueux. Filtre de la sécheuse à linge encrassé occasionnant un mauvais fonctionnement. Avons du leur demander de faire quelques réparations entre autres poser des supports à serviettes dans la salle de bain et réparer le ventilateur de la salle de bain et fournir suffisamment d'ustensiles pour pouvoir cuisiner. Le voisin du palier du haut nous a fourni des sacs à déchets conformes au règlement municipal, pour que nous puissions en disposer, car les sacs utilisés par le propriétaire ne sont pas conformes et que nous n'avons pas réussi à faire ramasser par le propriétaire. Mécanisme de la poubelle de la cuisine défectueux. À notre surprise, à l'arrivée avons du payer une taxe de tourisme de la ville qui n'était pas spécifié lors de notre réservation.
