Not so happy

The mattress was horribly hard. Only the last day we noticed that It had been placed upside down, perhaps because it was stained?... Tv was not working properly: the most important channels didn't have audios In the bathroom, the sink faucet and shower door need maintenance. We were 2 people, but it is unthinkable that 3 or even 4 people could fit in that place

Disappointing and Overpriced

We booked the property and our stay was for two days and I must tell you that even after following the guidelines we could not do the check in at all. There is no sign or board at the property. One has to do all his efforts to find the property. After lots of efforts and wasting our one hour, we approached the local person and she came for our help. Even she couldn't find the building easily. Then she called at the given phone number and talked in native language and then somehow we found the building. This was not at all but to find the key was a task. Many boxes, codes etc was really a puzzle. And finally after getting the keys and after getting into the apartment, there was smell of smoking. No hand wash, very small bottle of shampoo, nothing was as per expectations. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay and literally overprices.

Very good and pleasant, makes up for the not so great location. Definitely recommended.

Had mixed up booking code with hotel code, so I couldnt open the key box. Luckily a worker from the hotel assisted me. Very polite people working there. Great to have washing machine and dryier available Room was spacious and very neat.

Recomendation: to state make and brand of available coffe machine. ended up with bunch of coffe pods of different brands. :P

Great place to stay when in Zurich.

The space was much larger than we expected, and included a living area with full kitchen and dining space, along with a couch/bed, a spacious bedroom, and updated bathroom. Includes a glass-sided balcony, a perfect spot for morning coffee . The apartment was clean and modern, and conveniently located. Easily accessible from city center by bus, tram. Multiple grocery stores are within a 5 minute walk, including 1 just next door.

Great value for money!

- Great location for touring the city - Spacious room, with kitchenette - Clean and tidy space - Kitchen was well-equipped with cooking utensils and bowls/plates

- We were given the room on the ground floor, and we checked in on probably the hottest day in Zurich. We couldn't open the windows (they were sealed shut) which made the room feel like an oven, and sent my claustrophobia into an overdrive! - Parking in the area is a nightmare, as street parking gets busy very quickly. - Flat pillows (again!) which sink in when you rest your head on them. A common swiss theme! :)

If you are travelling with your own car - you should avoid this area of Zurich, because it is almost nowhere to park your car.

Great stay with easy access all around Zurich

Really great stay, perfectly located just a block from main tram taking you straight to the city center. Super well equipped with everything you need for cooking, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer. Very clean and well kept. Right next to a nice grocery store. Everything was 10/10 and it’s well priced for Zurich. Good Wi-Fi, easy checkin

Everything was great, from all the furniture to the electric appliances which makes the stay feel as if you are at home.

The only part was it was little hot because of the summer and they had no fans or air conditioners. So couldn’t sleep during the night. Yeah and the check in is little late.

Superb

I found the customer service to be quite helpful with prompt responses. Check-in procedure was buttery smooth. The apartment itself is quite good, spacious, appropriately furnished and at good location closer to public transport with connections to the city center. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Internet worked as expected. I was amazed at the minute thoughts given such as provision of electric plug adapter which is quite helpful for an international traveler. The apartments are good for medium to long term stay.

The cleaning frequency could be increased. However given the low cost (as compared to alternatives), I can't complain.

The apartment was good and clean. Good location for public transport. easy to access.

there were no teabags provided, we arrived on the Christmas eve everything was closed for 2 days and we had no tea or enough coffee or sugar to survive. I paid for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) but there was a sofa come bed with no pillow and blanket, I was charged for the baby cot which i didn't use and didn't confirm of putting it there, although i asked for baby cot but they said extra charge therefore i didn't confirm them to put it there. The pillows were uncomfortable. Rest was ok.

The room was clean and well ecquipped.

The room was on the GF facing the street, so it was very noisy due to the big traffic and trams. There was a kind of heating machine in the room that could not be closed and which did a horrible noise the entire night, thus I was not able to sleep.

Clean house close to the center and reasonable price.

Inside the room, it had an airway that made a lot of noise and wouldn't let me sleep. It was one of the rooms on the ground floor.

Would have been a very good stay if there wasn't the smell of smoke in the room.

Great location, comfortable size for two people for a few days. Excellently equipped kitchen. Easy collecting of the keys. Friendly customer service on the phone when we called to ask if we could pick up the keys earlier. They even called back when they could not hear me on the phone for some reason.

We noticed there was a "smoking/pipes allowed" sticker on the door of our apartment (Jaguar 1). Some other apartments had a smoking forbidden sticker. When we entered the apartment, we could smell that people had been smoking there before. This was very disappointing, as the booking and the house rules were stating that it's a non-smoking room. It was a pretty strong smell and we are very sensitive to that.

I have not been informed that prior my booking that this apartment is at the ground floor and worst of all - can’t open any windows! This in combination with the hot weather outside and no fresh air only 2 ventilator’s and a useless ventilation system made my stay terrible - temperature didn’t drop below 30 degrees at 1am and I barely could sleep. When I ask for another apartment after the first night - all I heard was a classic “sorry for the inconvenience” bot-style message with zero empathy and the message that other people liked it 🤔 ok - then why I didn’t? On top of that they provided a heavy 12kg blanket. They blamed “booking” that it’s not possible to mention that at their website… which is totally bull…. - sorry but please be honest that they want to sell an apartment which seems to be an old hallway rather then a proper room. All in all - never again
