Proximity to supermarket and to public transportation to get to downtown. Wash and Dryer available for free. The place is nice. Staff is nice and very responsive.
No AC and a fan was not working properly. Shelves and/or a tv stand in the kitchen/living room would be helpful (eg to put cellphones, chargers etc)

Clean, warm, has a dishwasher and a proper kitchen, bright. Good communication.
Can be very noisy when windows are open.

The mattress was horribly hard. Only the last day we noticed that It had been placed upside down, perhaps because it was stained?...
Tv was not working properly: the most important channels didn't have audios
In the bathroom, the sink faucet and shower door need maintenance.
We were 2 people, but it is unthinkable that 3 or even 4 people could fit in that place
