This apartment near the city center called "Tiger III" offers you everything you need for living. The apartment has a spacious living/bedroom and offers space for two persons. In the apartment there is also a fully equipped kitchenette with hotplates, fridge, coffee machine and many extras more. Of course, the apartment also has a private bathroom with toilet and shower. A big plus of the studio is its own balcony. Here you can relax and unwind.

A Coop Pronto, for example, is only 100 m away from the studio. The Letzipark, where various shops and restaurants are located, is also less than a 10-minute walk away.
The apartment is also ideally connected to public transport. The nearest tram stop is only 170m away and the train station Altstetten can be reached on foot in only 10 minutes. From there, there are regular trains to Zurich main station.
Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:
- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.
- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.
These two payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding this.
