HITrental Letzigrund - Apartments

Amazing place with 5 Star experience, we booked 2 apartments M & N (Green 5 & Red 5) for 3 nights. -Excellent communication through “Message Property” option and prompt reply from property side, no WhatsApp communication. -Very cleaned rooms, looks like brand new. -Given photos are realistic. -Bus Stop SBB Werkstattle Bus No# 31 to and from Zurich HB, -Building has elevator but need to climb 5-7 steps to elevator/lift. -Common Laundry room at basement with 2 washing machine & drier without detergent powder. Small cloth drier, Iron and a small ironing boarding is there in the wardrobe. -Fully upgraded kitchen with fancy cookstove, grill, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, glassware, cutlery, crockery, mid size cooking stainless steel pots, fry pans etc -Bathroom with shower hot & cold water and fancy fittings. -Very clean bed linen and towels. -Amazing balcony with view. -Great WiFi network. -Big Coop Supermarket is close by.

-Apartment M & N (Green 5 & Red 5) are on the top floor so it’s hot in summer days, night time it is much better if you leave the windows open. -There is no AC but they provided with 3 Tower Fans in each apartment, some extend they are not so effective like regular fans in summer. -There is no Microwave, this is something big is missing. Big deep freezer is given, don’t know why tourist staying for few nights they need it, instead a microwave is more essential for tourist to quickly heat up some ready to eat food from outside. -3 tiny little chopping board given, I think 1 big size is required. Rest all great !

Location, cleanliness, amenities, value for money, self checkin and checkout - everything is exceptional.

Great, clean apartment. Good for family stay in Zurich. Location is excellent if you are travelling by public transport. (Right opposite to train station)

No parking available if you are travelling with car. We end up paying 45CHF for two days in just parking.
