I liked the location, which was convenient and easy to reach. I also appreciated the responsiveness of a staff member who helped resolve the room allocation issue when I called.
I did not appreciate several aspects of my stay. My early check-in request was refused without any alternative solution, despite a very early arrival after a long journey. I had to book an additional night, but there was still confusion between reservations and access codes, which was not clearly explained.
The heating in the room was insufficient and made some noise during the night, which affected comfort. The bedding was also not ideal in size, which made it difficult to stay properly warm, especially given the cold temperature in the room.
Overall, the lack of flexibility, coordination issues, and limited comfort impacted my experience.

The self check-in system is convenient in principle, and the location of the property is good. I also appreciated that one staff member reacted quickly when I called and helped resolve the room issue.
I was very disappointed with several aspects of my stay.
First, despite mentioning my early arrival in the special request section, no alternative solution was proposed. I was simply asked to book an extra night, which I did, but the handling of my two reservations was very poorly managed.
As a result, I had to check out at 11:00 a.m. after only a few hours of rest following a long and exhausting journey, and then wait outside in the cold and rain for hours because early check-in was again refused.
The heating in the room was also insufficient. The room remained cold, especially around the bed, and the radiator made constant noise that made it difficult to sleep.
Finally, the duvet was not adequate in size. It was too narrow to properly cover the body, which made the night uncomfortable, especially given the cold temperature in the room.
Overall, the lack of flexibility, poor coordination, and uncomfortable conditions significantly impacted my experience.

The location was great and the apartment had all the necessities for a short stay
There was an old blood stain on my pillow and I had to contact the staff to change it.
A few more improvements would also elevate the experience significantly:
1. Adding curtains for more privacy, the windows didn’t have any.
2. Adding a small side table next to bed for phones, books etc.
3. More hangers in the closet, there was only 1
4. The people staying on my floor didn’t respect rules at night and went around screaming and talking on the phone which made it hard to fall asleep.

Had parking space cost 20€
Building was filled with needy people , was not safe had someone banging on our door at night. Need a security staff or someone there . We were two people and one bedsheet even after texting got nothing so yea i had no bedsheet for me in the cold .Not much to cook from , one day was enough.
