Health hazard! They need to disclose that the unit is on top of a restaurant as you will be smelling the food the whole

There was only one toilet paper so we asked for more and the owner never responded. Asked for an iron which was stated as one of the things included in the room, the owner said the housekeeper is bringing it but then never responded when we said when. Lastly, this property is on top of a restaurant so the room smells like a kitchen all day. The door to the entrance opens so wide and takes forever to close so it is security risk since there’s a long line for the restaurant. Also, the owner gave a different unit than what was pictured!

Not too far from the station but not ideal for our stay

Affordable and not too far from the station.

We were unable to use any of our phone chargers or the kettle supplied in the apartment as the European plugs and adapters that we had (and that was fitted to their kettle) didn’t fit the specific Swiss sockets. It was late when we arrived so I contacted the property manager through the booking. com app who in fairness responded quickly but said that there should have been a plug adapter in the apartment to allow us to use their kettle. We searched everywhere but couldn’t find it. There weren’t any dedicated usb sockets to charge phones etc either.

Good but solve the shower drain problem!

Easy check in, central and affordable.

There is a major problem with the shower drain. The slope and drain doesn’t allow the water to evacuate fast enough, thus the whole bathroom and part of the bedroom and living room was flooded. You can see some water stains and damage on some walls and furniture. I had to sponge the water will all the towels I had at hand. This should be resolved ASAP, it’s a major defect!

DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

It was a horrible experience. I arrived at 2pm to check in and the room was not ready or cleaned yet. I initially requested a quiet room and they put me in a room overlooking a busy street with bars and restaurants downstairs. When i saw this i immediately requested to change the room but they would not change, the cleaner was talking to another person in Spanish and it was impossible to communicate with them. Eventually i stayed in the room and i could not have an hour sleep at night because of the noise coming from downstairs bars and restaurants with drunk loud people shouting and having fun. The room was not clean and smelled too bad. The double bed was broken on the side. There was no soap in the bathroom and the washbin sink pipe was leaking water. The curtains were so dirty with a lot of dirt stains. I asked the managers many times to change the room so i could sleep and they said there was not any available. Following day they offered me another room which was exactly above this room meaning again overlooking the noisy street which i didn't take and stayed in the same horrible room. Stay away from these people, the hotel was absolutely horrible to stay in.

Budget stay near Zurich HB

The location was very good, close to the Zurich HB and Sihlquai Bus station. The property was very clean and the check-in was very smooth as well. There was a private bathroom and toilet in the flat as well.

The room was very small. Given the hot summers in Zurich, there was very little ventilation. The room had a large window but there were blinds which were closed. There was no fan or air conditioner either. That made it feel stuffy. Also, given that we had a week-long stay, we expected the room to be cleaned at least once during the stay but it wasn't done.

Good location, not far from the tourist busses and main train station.

Fantastic location with easy access to trams / trains. Great selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

Unfortunately the windows needed to be open as it was extremely hot with no fans/air-con. But with the apartments located on a busy road, it was very very loud and it didn’t result in good sleep!

If you are a budget traveler like us, it should be OK for one or two nights stay.

Just location and price. Take 10-12 minutes walk to Zurich main train station.

No window. It does have window which can’t open and see outside as blind in place outside of window. When we were there temperature was 20C but room was boiling hot and only small fan without front cover is working. ( Another big stand fan was out of action)

Dirty, smelly, stuffy. Windows don't open, curtains are smaller than the windows so it's really bright. Got bitten a lot, not sure if bed bugs.

In a very descreet place surrounded by many stores.

The key was not ready. I had to call and email in order to review the key. No one answered the phone when I called. The fan was not strong enough for the amount of heat in the room.

Near enough to Zurich HB for a layover.

Pictures of building didn't match with the one in Google. Very hard to find. Room pictures in Booking didn't match with the actual room given to us. The smell of cigarette smoke was bad & to our surprise as we first opened the door as this room didn't allow smoking. My clothes still had that smell as I unpacked in the next hotel. There's only 1 window & it can't be open hence the room can't be ventilated & was stuffy too. A mini fan was given as a consolation. The pots pans were not cleaned properly. Still oily. No dish detergent were provided. Please only book this place if you really have no other choice.

Well equipped, easy to access and convenient situated near the train station/social amenities.

It was situated close to the train station and had a lot of social amenities nearby. The room was well equipped for a short stay. The location can maybe have better signage, but overall the access (check-in/out) to the property is easy (key box is easy to use and convenient for late check-ins).

The room can be a bit noisy (noise/movement from surrounding rooms can be heard). The shower isn't very well designed and don't seal well and does the bathroom become more of a wet room. The folding/stacking shower doors can also be difficult to open once open and inside.

Noisy and unsafe...avoid it

Very noisy

At night there was heavy music and noise coming from the next room ... I went and I knocked at the door...there were about 10 people inside semi naked and a party...I asked them to please stop the noise but then one of them went very agressive and screamed saying that they will go on and If I wanna sleep I better leave. As there is no reception I called the hotline: a very unfriendly man said there's nothing he can do and cut the conversation abruptly . Seems this hotel is more like a place for party and prostitution so regular clients that look for a place to sleep should better avoid it

well situated in an alternative district of Zurich with some trendy restaurants and shops. also close to some public river pools with bars and lounges.

depending of where the room is situated it can be difficult to stay in it. when the room is on the street, the windows are sealed and it can be very warm in the room otherwise, if not on the street, you can open the windows. finally, it’s great to be able to cook in the room. yet, if you have pans, there is no pot.
