Lovely clean comfy apartment in a quiet area in a good location

I don’t usually leave reviews but I will for this one because every traveler should be aware of. First of all the bathroom needs to be fixed tiles are dirty and water is leaking everywhere in our shower that it floods water out every time we shower. I have to do an inventory of all the items inside the room which should not be my responsibility for the missing items before my stay. I asked for an extra pillows, they told me it will be provided but didn’t happen. Mind you guys they only provide 1 pillow per person. I also told the property that the tv is not working but no one came to fix it so I have to figure out myself. Lastly on our last day the light blew out so no light in our bedroom. There is no air conditioning on this room. The only good thing about this place is location because it’s accessible and close to the tram station. Lastly, no elevator so you have to drag your luggage going upstairs.

I don’t normally do bad reviews but the check-in was a mess, even though it was supposed to be a simple self check-in. The access code didn’t work at the scheduled time, and we had to wait outside in the cold for over 30 minutes with two senior guests while the cleaner was still inside our room past check-in time. The team gave contradictory information, first saying cleaners don’t work after 15:00, then claiming they might just be double-checking rooms. The apartment wasn’t even ready: the lamp was still on and someone else’s hair was visible, showing the cleaning was rushed. Noisy neighbours late at night. Poor communication, no apology, and a very disappointing experience overall.

Great location, great facilities in the apartment, the only thing is the bathroom floor and shower tiles definitely need replacing. Otherwise very happy with everything there and would stay again!

Room sizes were pretty good. There was no air con so it was super hot. I didn't receive my code in time so I had to call customer support. Keypads for the rooms were a little bit awkward. They had laundry machines, which was very much appreciated, but the dryers didn't dry out clothes. Location was really good.

Excellent apartment for three adults. Great location and able to walk everywhere. There are many trams if needed. Thank you for a great first stay in Zurich.

I was very disappointed that I had communicated with them and paid extra for a crib so that my family would be comfortable but there was no elevator and the entrance had 4 steps with no entry way. Our room was up 4 flights of stairs and the stairs were not wide enough for someone to carry the stroller and the baby so we needed 2 people at all times. The apartment was ok but the shower had mold build up which was concerning. We appreciated the location but otherwise, it was not an ideal stay for my family.

our stay was terrible, the whole apartment smelled like heavy cigarette smoke which was really un bearable for us, secondly there was mold on the roof of the bathroom, this an extreme health hazard and when reached out to the Vision apartment support team we were offered a different apartment that we had to move at midnight with my family to with all our luggage to a new building in which the there was no bathroom light so we had use our flashlights to use the bathroom and still the support team offered a HUGE DISCOUNT of 5%, yes only 5% and mandatory book with them again. Overall terrible apartment conditon and not much help from the support team while charging me full value of the stay. I did NOT get even close to the value of money i paid for.

A really tired apartment that looked nothing like the photos. The walls were marked and worn, half the dishwasher hadn’t been unstacked, the slat on the bed broke when we just sat on it gently (we’re not that big!), two light bulbs were broken, there was mould on the wall of the shower, the fan broke when we tried to move it and the communal stairway needed a good clean. On a plus point, it was in a good location!

Apartment was nice and well-supplied with everything we needed to be comfortable. The location was very convenient to access multiple tram lines. Only complaint was that the shower wall was covered with mold and mildew, and the bathroom light would trip a breaker occasionally when we turned it on. Otherwise the apartment was clean and tidy.

The room far exceeded my expectations for the price! I was nervous for the check in procedures as there is no lobby, but it was very seamless and we had no issues. The room was very spacious, super clean, had a view of the city, and a little kitchenette. The building also has a self serve laundry which is a nice touch. Area was also excellent, very walkable and next to some nice restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend this place.

Stay was generally good. Basic requirement, I.e good bed and quiet place! Shower was a bit small & doors did not close well, causing water to get on the bathroom floor!! City was easily accessible by tram in 10-15 min.

Our apartment was relatively nice. It was mostly clean, with the exception of quite a bit of mold in the shower. I did have quite a bad customer experience with them before our stay. They wanted copies of our passports and were completely unwilling to work with me when I wanted to send a password protected PDF. I ended up having to send copies unprotected via email, which I did not feel comfortable about. We were also frustrated that the pictures online showed apartments with a couch, and ours did not have one.

One night review 1. Easy self check in with access code provided. On the day of check in, responsive to our questions via emails. 2. No elevator and no air conditioning but 1 fan in each bedroom; as stated under listing. Minus 1 star for cleanliness because there is molding around the shower basin. The rest of the 2 bedroom apt is clean. 3. Have to leave windows open due to heat wave 80 F, not unusual in Europe. A little noise on 3/F, not that bad. 4. Tram, bakery, coffee shop, post office and COOP supermarket all walking distance. Safe neighborhood., although we see graffitis. 5. Laundry free in basement; bring your own laundry detergent. 6. They provided a few bottle water before we arrived. Will rent again

Perfect location, my 3 teenage girls and I had an easy 20 min walked from the train station. Close grocery shopping and restaurants. Place was clean and had basic kitchen supplies. Can be a bit noisy at night since lots of bars and restaurants in the area but Would stay again!

A good choice. The only negative is no aircon in 37c summer heat. Other than that i wouldnt have a problem recommending the flat.

Everybody was very friendly and extremely helpful, apartment was nice and very clean and good value for money. The only negative was that the bed was broken so the first night was not the best but it was fixed as soon as I reported it. I definitely would recommend it.

They provided me the wrong passcode to enter into the building and the room. Due to they don’t have reception, I need to go back to their office (distance 10 mins by train) to pick up a correct passcode. Fortunately, it’s not non-office hours or bank holiday. Otherwise, I really don’t know how to do.
