The apartment was very small. You could barely get out of the bed on one side, which is not ideal for a double occupation room. It was clean albeit the condition is tired with a broken edges to door frame and draws. Lastly I kept receiving message via WhatsApp from bad actors that must have obtain customer data via illegal mean.

Great location. Close to tram and train. Very central to city and main station and attractions. Decent rates for Switzerland. Well maintained property. Well stocked kitchen - cutlery microwave dishwasher coffee machine etc. Easy self checkin and checkout. Easy comms. Would definitely consider for future stays. Few things to note Bathroom had see through glass wall. Ok for couple but not for stay with family or friends. Supplies shampoo conditioner weren’t replenished daily. Need to request for it. As ours was 4 nights only we didn’t bother. Pillow were substandard. Required extra and were provided. Coffee machine but no tea or coffee sugar milk etc. Even instant would be good. Dishwasher but no tablets. Maybe available on request.

BEWARE – MISLEADING PHOTOS ON EXPEDIA!!! I strongly advise against booking this property based on the photos shown on Expedia. The images displayed are highly misleading and only represent the best or upgraded rooms—not the standard rooms that most guests are actually allocated. The standard room we were given was extremely basic and had a persistent damp smell that made the stay uncomfortable. It looked nothing like the bright, modern, and inviting photos on the listing. In addition, the communal corridors were noticeably dirty and poorly maintained, which added to the overall negative impression of the property. When we raised our concerns with customer service, we were met with a dismissive attitude. The staff bluntly stated that the room we received matched the category we had booked and that the photos on the website were “indicative only” and represented the best available rooms. This was extremely frustrating, as there was no clear disclaimer or indication anywhere on the listing that the images were not representative of all room types. Overall, the experience felt deceptive and disappointing. I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially if you are basing your decision on the photos provided online. What you see is definitely not what you get.

Loved the space, if you did not like something, call the team and it got taken care of right away. This location was perfect for us, close to all major transportation hubs and easy to get to where we wanted to go.

Nice apartment to stay in Zürich. We were in a studio size apartment and it was perfect for us. The apartment has a small kitchen, all appliances needed, comfortable bed, and a small bathroom. When i booked it I didn't realize it does not have A/C, however we were out all day and at night the temperature was nicer, so we didn't really needed it. There were 2 fans and that was enough for us. Location is good, there is a tram station really close, few restaurants, and a market couple blocks away. Still 15-20 minute walk from the main attractions. The area seemed safe and quiet. We had an inconvenience with the code, but we called an it was solved right away.

window blinds were brocken, I contacted the office, they said they were going to move me to another room next day, however, no one reached back to make the move. I did not sleep for two nights.

The VisionApartments on Gerechtigkeitsgasse in Zurich are in an excellent location, quite walkable from the train station and city centre. The compact kitchen was modern and had everything, including an espresso machine. There was also free laundry access if you brought detergent. I was in Room G105, and my main issue was a see-through glass-walled shower (!); fine for couples, maybe, but not when travelling with friends. I suggest adding the option of drapes outside the glass wall, for privacy. Also, it would have been nice to have a bedside lamp

The studio apartment was small and over crowded. The place has no A/C and the gave us one small fan that was broken. We were in the first floor on a busy street. And even hotels have Coffee in the rooms they did not

The apartment was clean, and small. The problem I had, was the first time I left the apartment one of the local approached me and asked for money, and when I told her I had nothing for her she proceeded to tell me off, and told me I was disrespectful to her and she is an intelligent person. Not a pleasant experience, good thing I was with other people and they were able to get her to move away.

The apartment was in a calm location. However i did not appreciate the communication process. I reached out twice. 1) was to let them know of bathroom light not working 2) recommendations on getting to the airport. Both of which i never heard back. I did appreciate their free washer and dryer in the basement (available after hours)

We had 4 rooms here, all but one booked as the same. The last one was an upgraded room. We suggest the upgrade. The couches and some furniture in the basic rooms was very worn. Other than that, the rooms are pretty much as advertised. We did however encounter mini ants in 2 of the rooms, one basic and one upgraded. Contacted the property expecting them to spray. Maid came around instead (we had just killed about 10 more) and because she didn’t see any the second she was there told us to video them the next day. The ant issue obviously turned us off.

If you keep the windows closed it is relatively quiet from outside noise. However, we could hear conversations from the room adjacent to us which was not fun at 4am. On the 3rd floor you do have access to the roof top which was nice. Location is like 7 minutes away from tram stop.

It was good until our last night there. We got locked out of our room. We’re foreign so we couldn’t call the number for support. Had to email customer service, they took a long time to reply. Was sitting outside our room for 2.5 hours for someone to figure out the door battery was dead and they had to come out and replace the battery.

Affordable and clean, but didn’t allow us early check-in and gave us the wrong code for the door. Since it was a Sunday, they took about 30 minutes to answer our phone call and we were locked out. Awkward how the bathroom has a see through shower and stall. You get what you pay for.

Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks.

When we arrived, there was no place to store our bags at the apartment. Vision Apartments should have informed us that we needed to pay for storing our bags at the train station. We wasted an Uber going to the apartment from the airport when we should have gone straight to the train station. We were given only 2 towels and bath mat. The shower was super slippery. The apartment was so bland and bare. We were not told where the nearest market was to buy food and then we discovered an Aldi within walking distance. We were not given any information and if we had been informed about the tour bus location and train station, we could have saved money spent on Ubers.

The best part about staying here was the well equipped kitchenette. It was very helpful to be able to cook and store food while staying in Zurich. There are pans, crockery and cutlery in the room. The room was a small studio and there is some large furniture which made it a bit cramped for two people. Also, the bathroom is only seperated from the studio by clear glass, which means the toilet and shower are visible from the bed. Lastly, even though the weather was around 20 degrees the room was hot and humid. We had the window open whenever we were there but it was too hot to sleep regardless.

This was probably the worse experience I've had in traveling. The access code did not work for me and I met 2 other guests who also had issues and Irecommended they request new access codes like I did. Do not try to email any issues because they will reply back with 20 questions to answer even though we provided all that information on the initial email. The wifi did not work the entire stay! I was unable to work remotely due to this. Comminication was slow and did not resolve any issues. Rather they barely replied back to us. There is a washer and dryer available. However, it seemed like housekeeping was using the same washer/dryer as the guests! Every washer was filles with rags. And we were not able to use the washer and dryer because every time we tried, it was filled with washed rags. Although the accomodation is close to a train station, all the other NEEDED amenities (which is why we chose this apt) were not functional or available. No internet so we could not watch tv either. Smh I've never experienced an advertised accommodation that didnt have functional amenities as listed.
