    I booked this hotel because of the location near the train station, and it looked like a cute, fun design. It was a great location and the staff do their utmost to make guests happy. But it’s actually a terrible design, and caused us a great deal of frustration. Rooms are tiny, the corridors are dark, coffee and tea are on another floor. We couldn’t work out how to turn the lights off in the room, or open the shampoo bottle. There is space in the room for guitar amps but there’s no space for a wardrobe or shelves for clothes. It wasn’t a great choice for us.

    Location was so convenient from Train staion Zurich HB. The shopping street in the street infront and Zurich Lake at the end of the strip which is about 15 min walk. Trams are also avaliable on the shopping strip. The rooms were lovely with amazing amenities in the room.
