We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful the entire time. They helped us book taxis and send out a postcard. The room is quiet with the windows closed but it was so nice to see and hear all the trains. And finally loved the sauna! It’s very hot (be careful!) but so nice that there’s a covered outdoor area to immediately cool off.

While the room prices are quite expensive, they are understandable given the thoughtful design, eco-friendly concept, and the brand’s strong focus on using recycled materials. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and well-curated, with a refreshing emphasis on sustainability. The bed is very comfortable and perfectly clean, though I felt the pillows could use a bit more support. The ground-floor bar stands out with its great music and lively vibe, making it a perfect spot to unwind. I also loved the mini-store selection, which had some truly amazing and carefully chosen items. The location is also a plus—very close to the city center, only about 15–20 minutes walking distance.

We had a great time at the hotel, although the rooms were a little bit small in size, but apart from that the facilities and staff were top notch.

No cleaning provided. You need to inform front desk to get ur room clean. However I informed them, still my room was not cleaned. Next day I complained regarding this, only then the room was clean. TV not working, informed front desk nothing happened. Next day complained again, technician went to check the TV but somehow nothing was fixed. Also, the one of evening front desk staff was not friendly. We asked regarding train info and she reluctantly checked & gave us wrong info.
