A comfortable and relaxing hotel conveniently located right next to the train station. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely a recommended place to stay.

This is this is a fine little boutique hotel close to the centre of Zürich.
Expensive everything in Switzerland is expensive.
As I’m starting to find out there are the odd niggles – everything isn’t perfect, but this seems to be true of all hotels in Switzerland so far

I mean I can’t say enough about my first stay in Zurich. Helvetia was excellent, it was conveniently located and had everything you needed. Staff wasn’t the friendliest but I think that is the culture. They were good at their job and made sure everything was on point. As far as the facilities - there was one thing that caught me off guard - a code to get into the main door. But overall if I had the choice I would stay there again!
