Stay was generally good even though it's difficult to turn on the heaters. 10:00 a. m. check-out time is too early though. We requested for an extension the night before but didn't get a response.

Everything was clean including the room, toilet, kitchenette, apartment.All the kitchen utensils were clean and usable.

The area is very nice with a big variety of shops, restaurants, bars etc.. Access to the apartment as well as equipment of it (fridge, coffee machine, dish washer) were okay. The bathroom is very small. Though its questionable to book someone into an apartment with a broken balcony door. Additionally the heating seems broken and rustles nonstop. The facilities should be checked better and be maintained after the checkouts.

This apartment is located conveniently close to transit, a variety of restaurants, and groceries. There is some noise from church bells during the day, and bars on Friday & Saturday evenings - as you can expect in any city center. Things seem to get quiet right after 11pm. The apartment is stylish and well-stocked. Our only complaint is the "mood lighting" rather than any functional task lighting, especially in the kitchen and the "all black" bathroom. There is also a painting of a nude woman apparently giving birth in one of the bedrooms, which wouldn't suit all guests. The beds are firm and comfortable. We would have appreciated more pillows.

Even I did a reservation for 3 it was only for 2, them they didn’t help at all. We had to look for q different place at 1:30 am because that was the time I fished up talking to them, it was that late because we arrived late Friday night. WORST customer service ever

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were small and flat (and there needs to be two more!). Loved the balcony and the area.

Well… Very unhappy this location. My room and my kids room are nothing like the pictures. I made one reservación and they book me for two rooms which I didn’t have a problem, I figured my teenagers will be in a room near me. Well I was wrong their room was in another building, and they couldn’t do anything to fix the problem. I stayed with my daughter in building 8 and my husband with my son in building 12. Then my cousin booked a room for 3 and they got a room with one bed and they said that they couldn’t do anything about it either. Don’t show up before check in you will have to wait on the street since they don’t have a lobby. Even you get you code to get it it will not work until 3PM we were a group of 11 and waited on the street on a cold weather for over 30 minutes. The bathroom were very small without soap or shampoo. Overall t was a horrible experience.

The worst place ever, no air conditioning. They accommodate my two grandparents and my brother in a “room for three” with just one bed and the possibility to request and extra bed. When I called them, no extra bed could fit in the room.

No elevator. Having3 suitcase and 3 carry one . No air condition, in hot days they have only 2 small fan which surely is not enough. Keep the window open and late night you get noise from adjacent restaurant and bar which threw the empty bottles into the trash to break them .

The area was great and within a 20 minute walk of the train station and the major shopping street. It was also fairly close to lake Zurich! This property was small but nice with a kitchenette and balcony.

The unit we stayed in was on the 4th floor of 5. To start, it was truly bizarrely decorated. It was also swelteringly hot in the unit. I recognize that most places in Switzerland don’t have air conditioning but the unit had 2 fans, one of which you could barely feel a few feet away from it. My friend literally put her clothes in the very small freezer to deal with the heat in there. The dish towels in the kitchen were dirty. The bathroom shower doors don’t close all the way so there’s always water all over the floor. The only good thing I can say about it is the location is nice. But it doesn’t look anything like their promotional materials. Will absolutely never stay there again.

The hotel is located in a vibrant part of town, full of interesting restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment my family and I stayed in was clean, spacious and had all the amenities that we needed and more. Many reviews have noted the lack of an elevator, which is a fact that a prospective tenant must he aware of. I would also note that the apartment was inexplicably warm. Though the radiators were off and the outside temperature did not exceed 16 C during our stay, the indoor climate was so hot that we had to keep all windows open and the two fans running just to be comfortable. The heat seemed to emanate from the floor, which was surprisingly hot in places. The heat is probably a welcome feature during the colder months of the year, but I would not consider staying at this location during the summer. However, if you are a person who is used to a hot indoor climate, and don't have a need for an elevator, then I would strongly recommend this accommodation. recommendation.

Good location, good bathroom and structure. No elevator!!! Did not receive my entrance code and room number on the day I arrived and being it 9pm on Saturday before Christmas nobody replied from the place! The client service from Hotel.com was helpful. Thanks to somebody leaving the building I was able to get access and found a brochure of another location where someone finally picked up the phone and was able to send me the code! They would need a 24h call service for Vision Apartmens!!!! None the less I will be going again as location and price was very good

The shower stall was too tiny. The Bed for a family of 3 was too small. Top floor gets hot on summer days. Sloping roof makes it too hard to navigate on the top floor, makes it too constricting. Climbing 5 flight of stairs with luggage to the 4th floor can be challenging.

This is one of the worst places I have ever stepped foot into...I opened the door and it wreaked of smoke. On top of that to the immediate wall to the right, it seemed to have mold there. As I further began to inspect, you can identify quickly that the place is not regularly cleaned and has cobwebs in every corner. Being my service for my phone was not very good in this area as well, I tried using the WIFI and that wouldn't connect. Trust me when I tell you this...stay far away from this disgusting location. Lastly, there's zero help on site...it's all remote and good luck connecting with anyone who has common sense. Again, worst experience for a "hotel" I ever had, and I was in there inspecting for less than 5 minutes and left...and here is the kicker --- they want to fight about a refund and deny you even though the pictures prove all of this as clear as day.
