Better not choose this property. I did not expect that much for such price,but the basic point is that the trash can should be empty before I moved in. it was full. I left message, and no one replied. There is no hair dryer after we washed hair…..

OK. Lacking facilities - marketed as place for 4, but dining table was tiny, only 2/3 sets of some crockery/cutlery items rather than 4. No English TV channels (all were scrambled). Would benefit from having some basics (cooking oil, washing-up liquid, decent wash-up sponge, etc) - when only staying for a few days it's daft to have to buy such basics.

I can confirm with other reviews that there is a strong curry smell in the appartment. The pictures did not represent the appartment at all. When we arrived there was no lounge, the sofas were in a hallway and we had to rearrange this to make an adequate living space. There was no extra pillows. we had 1 thin pillow each. There was very few cups and glasses and these were all quite small and the Toaster was a death trap where sparks would actually come out of it

I was charged twice for my staying in this place because I changed the date of my staying online .I called them and asked my money back and I was told" it's non_ refundable. I feel I'm rubed with this people! Checking in is a total nightmare. The key code that they send by email is useless. There are 2 buildings 6 floor each and only 3 parking spots for guests!

Do not forget to get your access code for the key box! Since I did forgot, it took some time to get hold of a person on phone to get me the code to get in. The appartment is fairly large, fairly clean and contain what I needed. The furniture are used but not broken.

the building smelt of curry, the bedsheets pillows and covers were dirty and even had hair on them, an empty juice bottle with cigarette butts in it was lying in the balcony, no bin in the toilet, no dishwashing tablets or liquid, no microwave as advertised on the site and the bathroom and bedroom doors did not close properly. close to the train station and one stop from central station and three from the airport.

The apartment reeked of curry. No air conditioning and it was quite hot during our stay...there was a fan, but even with the windows and door open all night, it was still very hot. To make matters worse, there were no blackout curtains to help keep the sun out during the day...just sheer white panels. The bed was very thin and looked like the kind of mattress you get from Ikea for about $80 and it felt like it too. It was basically like sleeping in a tent/camping; open to the elements with all the windows open (and it rained), cot-like comfort level mattress, very hot and impossible to sleep past sunrise. Getting access to our apartment was also a bit of a hassle. The directions were incorrect and we had to make several phone calls before we got it sorted out. Zurich itself and Switzerland are incredible, but we would have enjoyed out stay much more if we had chosen a different hotel and it would have been worth the extra cost.

It was a full apartment. However very under stocked kitchen. 2 ladles but no spatula. No paper towels. Dishwasher, but no soap for it or the sink. No toaster. There is a TV in the main room. But the cable coming in is a coaxial cable with an RCA connection on it. When I turned it on, the Input was set to DMI3. The only input setting I could get anything on was DTV so I presume it is a digital aerial antenna. All that I could get there was radio stations. I sent Swiss Star an email asking how to view the cable channels they specify in their Expedia listing (they list their phone number as for emergencies), but never got a reply. The drain in the bathtub (despite twisting the control for it) took over 15 minutes to drain the tub after a shower. I figured that surely the cleaning people knew this from every time they cleaned it. I guess they get as much cooperation from the management as the guests do. Of all the places I stayed in Europe this trip, this is the only place that I would definitely not return to.
