Zurich was memorable thanks to the lovely comfortable apartment

Met my expectations. The reviews were true, which was comforting. Extremely clean apartment although a little small for two. However the location and the safe environment were superb. I appreciate the well maintained apartment including the super modern bathroom. Highly recommend as it is walking distance to the train station and 2 supermarkets around the corner.

Perhaps firmer pillows or add two more.

A good stay

The location was close to the main train station. the bathroom was clean but a cover on shower stand was missing. Two lights on ceiling were not working. Kitchen has everything we needed. It would be nice to have a stand for luggage.

Highly Recommend

Excellent location, close to train station, city centre, shops etc... Very well appointed. Coffee machine with pods was a nice touch. We arrived early but our apartment was ready. Very easy check-in no-contact process. Everything ran very smoothly.

Decor a bit tired. Whilst we didn't use it, the sofa bad was quite shabby.

Close Zurich HB, comfortable, clean and value for money

Close to Zurich HB (station), many restaurants and supermarkets. The room has all the equipment we need and there are washing machine and dryer on the basement for free use. Staff are helpful and friendly. I can't find the aparrment by following Booking's address and map. We ended up looking for Uncle 7 Chinese restaurant on google map. the apartment is close to Uncle 7

The shower floor in our room has some priblem when water drained off.

Nice stay, centrally located!

The room was designed in a very functional way. It was clean and comfortable. There are charming restaurants and cafés around. The Zurich HB train station within walking distance. Comfy bed( also the sofa bed), easy check in/out process and good value for money. Perfect. Thank you!

I had an excellent stay at this apartment in Zurich. The place was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is ideal—close to everything, including public transport, supermarkets, restaurants, and the main attractions of the city. It made exploring Zurich very convenient. Everything was good except for the construction beside the building . It is close to everything by walking , shopping, restaurants and most importantly - Main train HUB..

Very close to train and bus stations. Apartment was very clean. Roomy bathroom, great walk in shower and free washer and dryer.

Mattress super firm/uncomfortable. Outside noise from corner restaurants was very disturbing especially at 1am.

Great location near the train and bus station, with great eateries nearby!

It was spotless! Agent is very responsive.

It’s a small space but the bathroom is quite large. Bathroom could use another rack for towels and a shelf for toiletries. But these are preferences. Only one pillow available per person and it was very soft. Again a preference thing. I did request another pillow and was able to get another one on our last night. All in all a good stay.

Okay stay

Great location! 5-8 min walk to Zurich HB! Loved that it had an elevator for big luggages. Shower was nice and updated. Great water pressure.

There was construction next door that started right at sunrise. Also, there was something wrong with the temperature in the room during our stay. It got really hot and uncomfortable. They did try to fix it but it still wasn’t the same. Didn’t like that they did not have any cooking supplies like oil, salt and pepper etc. No cooking utensils as well for stirring or frying.

Incredible position, 5 minutes walking from the Central Station in a lovely and quiet neighborhood, well served by pharmacies, supermarkets, bars and other amenities. Loved the apartment, cozy, welcoming and functional. Absolute perfection the contactless organization!

Comfortable.

That it is clean, near the center train station and it is located in the center so it is super easy to access. The property is well designed and clean.

The checkout time is 11 , I got a reminder through messages the day before, and on the same day I find the staff knocking at door on 10:20 but they were very respectful. It is understandable though as the want to prepare the room for next host.

Nice studio in a key location

The studio is on the second floor with a small balcony. It was very clean, with spacious bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, big fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, Aldi supermarket next door, lots of restaurants in the area, 5 minutes walk to the train station. The tram stop is only 2 minutes away from the apartment. Tram no 4 will take you to the old town and the lake. Overall nice apartment and excellent location.

I didn't like the constant noise coming from the street. Even in the night it was noisy from people and vehicles. Since there is no air conditioner you can't sleep normally if the windows don't remain open. But when you open the windows all this noise comes in. Also during the day there is a lot of noise coming from the construction site next door. Only for this reason I am not giving rate 10 for the apartment.

Safe and a comfortable stay

I like the location. It take about 10 minutes walk from the main station to the apartment. The kitchen has all basic appliances to do a small cooking.

I don’t like the room has only small fans during summer stay. It is very hot expecially at night that the small fan cannot help to cool down. It is hard to sleep in a hot night.

Superb location, near to train station and bus station. Lots of restaurant and store’s in the area. Clean and comfy bed kitchen and toilet.Good value for money,complete kitchenette,nice bathroom. HITrental team is outstanding they response quickly and easy to contact they are very helpful aswell,easy to check-in very secured place.

No aircon inside the room. Need to ask to provide atleast a fan inside the room cause even when you open the window feels like no air coming in and for check-out it is a bit of hassle to throw our own garbage and it’s also hard to find where we need to throw it.

Construction work next door started early during the week (but otherwise very quiet generally). One sofa bed took a bit of working out but once sorted was super comfy.. One of the apartments (we had two) had no crockery and only a frying pan. But customer care was good with this and various questions before our stay.

The apartment faced the west, and despite being provided with two pedestal fans, it became extremely uncomfortable inside between 12 pm and 8 pm. The curtains were inadequate to block the harsh afternoon sun. Additionally, although our check-out time was stated as 11 am, one of the cleaners entered the room unannounced around 10 am, which was quite uncomfortable as someone had just stepped of bathroom.

Comfortable apartment for a night or two but pretty bare bones!

Comfortable room/bed and a great shower, fantastic location

Room could have used some more kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, oil, tea, milk etc. and also a dish brush rather than just a sponge. The check in email should have also included clearer instructions for opening the front door, rather than just retrieving the key (it’s a weird lock)

CONSTRUCTION!!!! it should not be rented when someone nextdoor drilling the walls from 8 to 5. We had to leave early and return only after 5, but what if we wanted to stay and relax? So if you are counting on a quiet apartment - stay away! Sleeping only - yes. The staff was nice and offered us a discount for the trouble, but only after we complained and we had no choice - moving to a new place was too bothersome. So read the fine print, because we missed it and paid for it.

Its proximity to the main station made travel very convenient. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the fully equipped kitchen allowed me to cook anything with ease. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. I’d definitely love to visit again!

Staff did a good job. Conveniently located to a tram stop (behind) and just a short walk from Zurich main station.

Nice neighborhood with lots of cute shops and restaurants. Close to train and bus station.

Great Stay

The room was clean, the kitchen was functionable. Surrounding have a few Asia Food, very convenient. Best , we booked 1 day tour from the Best of Switzerland Tours (Zurich with Cruise & Lindt Home of Chocolate). The meeting place was near to the apartment , about 7 mins walk (AG, Sihlquai Bus Station, Limmatstrasse 2, 8005 Zurich) SUPER !

Modern Clean Well Equipped Apartment!

The apartment is spacious, the kitchenware, appliances were top notch and clean!. the bathrooms was big and clean! The instructions for us to collect the key was straightforward and clear. their entrance key fob was modern, i really loved this place! There is also a laundry place to wash and dry your clothes. the beds were comfy. if we come back to Zurich, we will surely revisit this apartment

Location to the train station a nice walk to the Old Town. Security was good . Cleaners were nice and helped us with how the system works

The pillows were terrible, you need to invest in 4 pillows per room and they could be firm , not like the bad pillows provided. For our 3 night stay we had 4 coffee pods , not good enough, we bought some Starbucks pods and left a few for the next tenants.
