Although small the room was adequately equipped.

No AC, only a tower fan that is not enough to cool the room. Even with the fan on, the room was constantly above 33 degrees in our 2 nights stay in early July, day and night. Really hope you can consider providing AC to your rooms. Also the iron and ironing board is kept under the bed rack; you have to move the heavy double bed mattress and the bed rack to get the iron and ironing board! This makes it quite impossible for one person to take the iron alone.

The biggest advantage of this apartment is its excellent location, making it very convenient for exploring Zurich and accessing public transport. The apartment was clean and had the essentials needed for a short stay.

While we understand and respect the official check-in time of 3:00 PM, we were travelling with our young daughter and had politely requested whether early check-in was possible. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to enter even a few minutes before the stated time. Similarly, although the standard check-out time is 10:00 AM, we requested a modest one-hour extension until 11:00 AM, which is often accommodated by many properties if availability allows. Instead, we were informed that we would need to pay an additional fee to extend our stay. A little more flexibility in these situations, particularly for families with young children, would have made the overall experience much more welcoming. Additionally, there is no waiting area or lounge available if you arrive before check-in, so guests need to wait outside the building until 3:00 PM. There is also no luggage storage facility on-site, meaning guests arriving early or wishing to explore the city after the 10:00 AM check-out must arrange and pay for luggage storage elsewhere. These are worth considering when planning your stay, particularly if travelling with children or luggage.

Kitchen equipment is sub sufficient. The cooking plate is not even powerful enough to boil a pan of water (even when coming from a water boiler!). Customer support was very ineffective, inefficient, and not really customer focused. We have very young children and being able to cook was important to us
