The studio was not worth the location

The location was perfect and the pressure of the shower

The studio was very tired and worn. The bed had a dip in it and was pushed up against the radiator, the pillow cases had stains on it and the decorative pillows on the bed and couch.. The building and room were absolutely roasting! We had to turn the heating off, had the window open and the stand fan that is provided with the room on at all times and it still said the room was at 26

Many loud squeaks and rattles throughout the apartment, including the glass bathroom pocket door, closet doors, bedroom doors and kitchen cabinets.

Would go again, decently value for money.

The view of the park in front was great especially with the many windows the apartment had, and distance to train station with small suitcases was very manageable.

Sink was not really stable and was weirdly attached in a wobbly manner with a ton of sealer. However, it functioned. The apartment had a bit of a strange smell every time you entered, but nothing that bothered us once we settled, an easy fix with something nicely scented.

A lovely, wall located serviced apartment.

We had a fantastic 2 room corner apartment overlooking a park. Well located, a 10 minute walk from the main Zurich train station. A really good location that allowed quick walking access to much of Zurich's old town. Each room had a comfy bed and it's own bathroom.

It has a really rigid check-in and check-out process. The late 3pm check in time isn't great as well as a super early 10am check in time. We had asked for an early checking as we arrived in Zurich in the morning, but the property didn't allow for it. However, when we asked for a late check out, there's an option to stay to 4pm for an additional cost. We would have been happy to pay the additional cost for an early check in instead.

Close to Zürich HB and washing machine and dryer are there.

We stayed for 7 nights, only have 1 room service throughout the entire 7 days. The rubbish bin is full of stuffs , the smell is starting and no one clear the bin. The pillow is small and no extra pillow.

Ok, good location and good to have a gun. but bed was very uncomfortable.

Close to city and train station, nice area. Good to have a gym with some ok equipment. Lifts worked well. The access was easy with the codes provided.

The room was smaller than anticipated (appreciating the measurements were provided on the booking site). But the bed was very uncomfortable, and not enough pillows. Also the gap at the head of the bed was odd as pillow kept falling down it. I did request if there was ability to upgrade but nothing available. Ended the stay with a bad back. No dish cloth/sponge to wash up cutlery and plates. The shower extractor fan was very loud and sounded like a plane taking off. Having asked for new towels we was advised we didn’t qualify as that was only for people staying 6 days. I think having asked it wouldn’t have been too difficult to provide fresh towels. Shower room door came off the runner when closed and difficult to re-open.

Awesome spot near the city center.

I like the contactless check in process. I really like the apartment, the layout of it was very comfy. It was very near the center and the train station which is good. Also it was cool to have a nice restaurant in the first floor. Also the gym and laundry is very convenient to get a quick workout and do your laundry right there. Overall, fantastic spot worth the price.

The location. Just next to a fabulous kebab stall.

The room is very dusty and the pillow is so flat and its is not comfortable at all. Had to buy our own travelling pillow to survive our 2 weeks stay here.

A very basic attention

It offers a very easy check in and check out process, it has free laundry service, the apartment is very close to the central train station of Zürich, it has many restaurant options nearby.

The walls of the room were a little dirty, the bed had a strange noise so it was so comfortable to rest, I had a question about the operation of a window in the room and I had no answer from customer service

Good place to stay if travelling by train

Walking distance from Zurich station, plenty of eateries around. Useful to have basic kitchen supplies, glasses etc. TV had UK stations which was a bonus.

Central location did mean some street noise. Pillows were absolutely appalling. Had to use our jumpers to rest our heads as the pillows supplied were so inadequate.

Would not use Vision again.

The key code did not work. It took three phone calls and 2 hours to get it sorted out. Also, we have to wait until 4 p.m. to access, even though we asked for an early check in. Ultimately we had to change rooms becasue the access device was not worked, likely battery needed replacement.

Not easy check in. No coffee or tea in room. Location not great, being across from a sketchy park.

Location is a good option who want to be well-located in Zurich. The apartment is simple, but it works.

I didn't like: - It wasn't able to do early checking (only after 3:00 PM can check-in), and with checkout at 10:00 AM. It has been too much time wasted booking a diary. Doesn't make sense. The excuse the property gave me was "We have all the occupation". Well, the gap for cleaning the apartment is 5 hours after you check out. It takes too much time to clean a micro-apartment. Also, there is no cleaning in the apartment after the check-in. It is insane; there is no change of towels. So, the excuse of the property doesn't any sense.

Great stay but room needs a few improvements

Location was great , room had all we needed for stay and it was very nicely designed , beautiful views .

No air conditioning - this needed for attic spaces especially as we had to open windows and run fan and got bitten by mosquitos. Room would benefit from blinds on ceiling windows as you were completely visible in shower to roof and upper apartment spaces in neighboring buildings. Mattress very uncomfortable, consider replacing.

Bad shape

Location & Terrance facing the park.

Everything was bad. The keyless entry pad malfunctioned every time we tried to enter the apartment with no one to help. Sometimes, we have been waiting in the hallway for a long time. The apartment is very cramped & very un-maintained. The white floor marble is stained & dirty. Plaster & paint peeling off. The bathroom sink doesn't drain. The shower door doesn't close, therefore water comes out & floods the floor. The toilet & sink vanity silicone is cracked away from the wall. Getting in & out of the bed is a challenge due to the very little room around the bed. The two small flimsy & very thin pillows are not feasible for sleeping. Other reviews are accurate about the thin pillows. We tried reaching out to the management & staff to bring us extra pillows, but all we got was automated responses about checking out instructions. The pictures online are from a long time ago when the apartment was new. Now it's in really bad shape & not maintaied at all. I would not recommend this

Somewhat disappointing

The location is great, close to the train station and walkable to the old town and lake.

We had a room on the 6th floor, top floor. Very tiny room with slanted ceilings, which was suffocating during a 24° day. The small portable fan does not help very much. The room is in need of tender loving care. Mamy marble tiles are stained and cracked. Pillows, if you can call them that, are so very thin. All the linens are in need of an upgrade, although they are very clean. On a positive note, the towels are thick and soft and the shower is great. The kitchenette is functional, although no dish soap or cloth available to wash dishes. Very positive is the free laundry facility in the building.

Good, economic option for being close to transport hub

Contactless door codes were great, did not have to carry a key card. Location was superb near train station, restaurants short walk away. Shower was very good. Kitchen utensils nicely organised. Laundry facilities useful.

Apartment needs a little maintenance, some minor paint cracking in spots but just nitpicking.

Pleasant but definitely some comfort issues.

The location was really good! Bed wasn’t too bad and having a small kitchen was handy. The non-contact check in was very convenient and easy to manage.

There is no aircon and a very small tower fan that gives off the most pathetic airflow, we were incredibly lucky that it was still cooler at night and we were able to sleep with the windows open. The pillows, they were abysmal. We got one each and they barely felt like there was a pillow under us.

City break in Zurich

Good location. Very close to Zurich HB station. Zurich is a very expensive city but this site considerably cheaper than hotel rates

Heat. The building is so very, very hot. We had fans on at all hours and it was still very uncomfortable from the moment you entered the building. The pillows were barely worthy of the description, one pillow each and extremely thin, no support whatsoever. We were located on floor 6 and be mindful there is a sloping ceiling that makes it impossible to sit up or walk comfortably on one side of the bed

It's summer when we stay and it's so hot .They should provide at least good electric fan. The good thing about this property is closed to central and inly a few step for trams or can walk to Zurich HB or tram no 3 to banhoftrasse and old town.

Only thing I like is that it close to main railway station

I stayed from Jun 16 to 23 and during that stay they didn't come once for clean up or collecting garbage, room don't have air conditioning in the room and pillows are horrible. They don't provide basic needs like coffee pods or condiments. Avoid this if you can.
