Good location, close to the train station.
Not as advertised. No WiFi without local number. Staff unresponsive to requests for internet access. Very noisy directly under window. Dirty cups. No shampoo or soap in shower (revealed after paying). If you cook, no salt or pepper. I don’t use the futon (see picture). Minimal kitchen supplies. Advertised as ‘deluxe apartment’ I saw nothing ‘deluxe’ about it, but I’ve never been to Zurich before. Maybe the word means something other than what I understand.
