1. They did not provide me the apartment I booked. However on my arrival dated they sent me email that the washroom is not working. 2. They provide another appartment and it was 25/30 minutes distance from the city centre HB train station. 3. Kitchen was locked 4. No micro oven 5. No electric kettle for hot water. In this -1/-2 degree Celsius…can imagine??!! 6. I paid all amount of money almost 2 weeks ago so could not move to anywhere. 7. The location of the house is very difficult to find out.

Pricey for poor quality

The location

1. The owner did not include the city tax in his price and never send a reminder to pay it until less than 24 hrs before check-in. He then threatened that if we do not pay immediately he would not send check-in details. 2. The place is advertised with 3 places to sleep: 1 double bed + 1 mattress. There was a small duvet on the double bed + a thin synthetic duvet without cover stuffed in the cupboard. 3. The furniture is of the poorest quality and falling apart. 4. There is 1 side table, no bed lamps. 5. The place has a stove and fridge, no kettle, a few cheap pieces of cutlery, 2 cups, 3 bowls, 2 glasses, 1 pan, 1 pot. 6. 3 thin towels only, with bleach marks, no mat for the shower. 7. The surfaces, stove, shelves with pots were dirty.

ABSOLUTELY UTTERLY NOTHING - WORDS CAN NOT DESCRIBE THE HORRENDOUS AND DISGUSTING PLACE AND STAFF THIS IS

I will need a book to write everything that is wrong and disgusting about thja place. But I will try it here: . The place is disgusting and dirty and filthy . The bed linen has not been changed or washed for the past 10 years . The padlock to enter the place is on the floor and it is disgusting and dirty and it is silver over silver so you can not see the numbers properly . Once you check in simply FORGET ABOUT COMMUNICATION - we had several issues and we tried to call them, text them , WhatsApp and THEY NEVER EVER REPLIED BACK . The room has no circulation at all - it is BOILING HOT and the only 2 windows open up to a massive machinery system from the restaurant downstairs - so good luck trying to sleep - we have had the worst 2 nights there of our life. . Pillows are made of nothing - you can not call them pillows - and they are dirty - so we had to buy 2 new ones to have some sort of sleep there. . No toiletry or anything else in the room - they say it is self catering but is is not - no pan either . People from the restaurant downstairs swear a lot - and they smoke Shisha - and that smell and all the swearing comes straight to your room . On the second morning there was a homeless person sleeping inside the building by the stairs going up to our room - we had to call the police to come and check as they have never ever replied . Later on that day there was a pile or rubbish and rotten food left at the entrance inside the building - the smell was disgusting - and for this reason although we had paid to stay for 5 days we left on the second day as we couldn’t take it anymore . I will upload some of the many videos and photos we have about this disgusting and horrible place. . I know reviews are very personal - but this place is absolutely disgusting. And we paid £552 for it . Please please please … DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE AT ALL - you better of sleeping in the streets . We have filed a formal complaint with booking.
