Staff very helpful, easy access, very clean and in great condition. Shutters were great, especially with kids.
Only thing that would have made a real difference is air con.

The property is spacious and clean. And it is close to the Zurich HB station.
Overall, we liked our stay. Just be mindful that the unit does not have AC, it might be challenging for the hot days during the summer.
The laundry room is located in the basement. Guests are required to prepare coins in advance and purchase their own laundry detergent, which can be challenging for international travelers who may not have local coins and where to purchase supplies.
The coin-operated system is also difficult to understand. I inserted CHF 2 for a washing cycle and selected the recommended program, but the machine stopped before the cycle was completed. I had to add additional coins to finish the wash. Clearer instructions about the required payment amount and how the coin system works would make the experience much easier for international visitors.
