Good attention from the host. It has an elevator. Great location near the train station.
Main bed was too soft. The third bed is at floor level and is somewhat uncomfortable. One has to keep in mind that there are many stairs on the way from the train station to the location.

Very easy to get to from Zurich HB, and perfect for a night or two.
The bathroom was slightly dirty, but nothing outrageous.

Water pressure good. Hot water good. Location good.
Everything looked over 20 years old - flat tiny pillows, thin bed sheets, stained towels, no bath mat and curtains that are not the same size / length, just hanging frayed rags.
A little investment would vastly improve the place and customer satisfaction.
